Was there any tweet from muppet puppet Trump after OPEC agreement to cut? I think he is happy that poo is not flying still. As the cuts start from next month so may be until Feb we may not see $70+?

It is still a cut of 1Million right so wondering why POO would fall by $2. With waivers for Iran ending in March. Ofcourse 1.3M cut would be very nice but 1M is reasonable may be? It would have been lot worse if they have not made any cuts at all. I think market is worried about compliance of these cuts going forward?

just a novice question - say for example, if a company wants to buy out for £500 million then does the SP gets adjusted (re-rated) based on £500M and we can cash in our shares for that price? Just wondering how these things work and what will happen to our shares in case of total buyout of the company?

novice question - if all cash of £100M offered for example then what happens to the share price and what will happen to the shares that we hold? Do we just get paid with the closing price at the time of deal announcement?

Bulent74, not sure why you keep posting every day about 60s ? When in 60s you will call for 50s ...just you calling out SP is not the only reason for SP tanking but surely you are panicking the PIs and not helping the existing holders.... Can you not post something else other than what SP would be?

But muppet Trump can't do anything to MBS. He can't get MBS arrested or jailed or anything at all. With regards to oil, muppet's trump card is not the murder. It is the amount of oil that US can produce now. I think Saudi are worried about what if the oil price doesn't go up even after turning off the taps as US can still pump more and flood the market with demand being weak and the EIA/API figures might still show builds next 6 months until Iran waivers are done in May.

But at the same time if OPEC do not cut the supply then for next 2-3 years oil would be around or under $30 ! Shale companies can still survive at these prices like how they survived since last few years and there is no pointing in making a second attempt to lower the oil prices to see if shale gets busted. Rig counts go down and come back up again!

So I think OPEC/SA would definitely make cuts and how deep the cuts would be is to be seen. Another 2 weeks to go and hope some announcements from OPEC regarding cuts would support the oil and let it go down below $60. It is time for OPEC to snub Trump and make him realize that he is a tw***t and finally stop him tweeting!

there is no TR1 so far so how is this falling every day? down by 5% everyday! and tomorrow another drop of 5% so no doubt 60s will be seen tomorrow...just unable to believe how a 1Billlion MCap has halved in 1 month! just kicking myself for not bailing out at 120s atleast.

This is not going to bust as we have nice hedging done next year and debt will reduce next year. I just hope this is temporary drop and rise again with OPEC cuts.

Trump wants oil to be even lower in his latest tweet! With US producing higher than OPEC and RUSSIA, he has the cards now and Saudi seems like wanting to wait till May to decide on the cuts unless all other OPEC members force Saudi to do the cuts!

If OPEC does not make the intended cuts then TD needs to announce selling another asset!

when oil was under $60, many said there will not be any investment done by the producers and eventually oil will spike and now 1 year from then we are back to $60.

Looks like US is ready to pump loads even if OPEC cuts the supply so US producers will make money with more pumping and Saudi and OPEC with less supply make less money so they may decide not to cut this december and see how low oil can go! just my theory....worried what will happen to PMO and ENQ in the midst of this politics! :-(

Petch, thanks for replying back. Your posts at odd times based on UK time zone clearly indicates that you are located in US or some other region. Most likely US as MTFB is listed in US and you are trying to short this and you are hoping that SP still goes down with your negative posts.

You still did not confess if you own shares in MTFB but you don't need to as it is clear that you don't own any shares here and you want to create panic among the PIs to sell. May be they sell not just because of your posts but you are definitely seeding negative thoughts on the PIs and that changes the sentiment for some and this is what am against and the some of the other poster here are against too.

We have strong institutional backing and we have not seen any TR1s so far and the current IIs are holding as they are confident on MTFB.

I think SP going down could be due to some PIs selling by listening to your constant negative opinions that are pure speculations and could also be due to the worsening world markets.

I'm sure all those who are selling now will have to buy in again at a higher price including yourself!

To me nothing has changed so far based on RNS from MTFB so far so am not worried even if the BOD are not buying.

As MTFB wants to commericialise as early as possible in 2019 so I believe partnership deals are being discussed and we could see an RNS landing about partnership anytime even before FDA.

There was another guy called NOLUPUS in IMM board and since the first post on that board before the P3 results he was negative but atleast he was backing the drug from AZN which also failed in P3 this year! But even till date he is still posting there on IMM and still don't understand how one would like to keep talking about the share that they are not interested? Petch, don't understand why you keep harping about director purchase and not purchasing....Usually Directors make a purchase when the investors are losing confidence on the company but here except you everyone else is confident of MTFB so you better stop worrying about directors not purchasing here and start being positive about MTFB!

with regards to RNS about ongoing discussions for parternship, they need not release an exclusive RNS just on this but atleast it would help if they can add this in all the RNS they release. Like they mention about NDA in every RNS so nothing wrong in adding just a line that partner discussions are ongoing. In every quarter presentation slide, we have seen them mentioning about looking to partner with a company that is in AB space so now stop coming up with arguments that they are not mentioning in RNS as there isn't any discussion at all!

like Ian said, surely MTFB would have had offers. When other small companies are getting offers while in 1st phase of the trials or in the 2nd, it is hard to believe that they didn't had any offer so far with 2 P3 trials being successful. They surley must have had offers and MTFB simply would have rejected the offers for a better one!

Dec 6th OPEC meeting is still more than 2 weeks away and if the weekly crude report shows build in next 2 weeks then easily oil could go to $60 or under. Hopefully that would keep Trump mouth shut when OPEC announces the cuts. But with the cuts, do not think it would go to $70 still.

Atleast 1 very good RNS from PMO before OPEC meeting can help rescue the falling SP. very frustrated to see the SP going down by 10p by the end of every week!
