If the CRL contained too negative feedback from FDA then they could have outright rejected the approval and would have asked MTFB to carry out more trials and this would have then been mentioned in the RNS.

As the RNS mentioned only about liver toxic issues so FDA *is happy with the trial design but just need more data and a face to face meeting to understand MTFB plans if and only if liver issues get complicated with Iclaprim. So FDA want to kNow the mitigation plan whereas MTFB seem to believe that no mitigation plans are needed as MTFB seem to believe that liver impact is minimal and they want to provide this assurance with help of independent liver experts to convince FDA.

So to repeat, FDA seem to be happy with trial design and data otherwise they would have asked for AdComm meeting much before PDUFA date.

To repeat again, FDA did Not outright reject Iclaprim. They just need more info before approving so this is not 50/50 chance to me more like 80/20 with 80% chance to approve!

If this was 50/50 chance or if investors also have same opinion as Hannibal then we should have seen more TR1s about completely selling out as they dont gamble any more with millions invested if they knew likely outcome to be negative after CRL!

IIs are holding strong and only frustrated ppl Hannibal selling out or showing their frustration here on BB.

Best is to average as much as you can.

Also remember that MTFB have plans for application to EMA and BOD will not say this in RNS if they were not confident and if CRL mentioned lot many issues and not just liver issue!

Based on above, they do have partners very much interested and waiting for FDA stance. The two independent experts going with MTFB for FDA meeting are surely going to grill and convince FDA that the liver issues raised are not of concern and that they are looking at liver issues with a squint eye.

IIs are solidly holding this and not worrying about other biotechs sinking.

Remember in the results update MTFB mentioned that they are apprising potential partners of the company's approach to FDA meeting. Before AGM and after May 3rd, we may even see a deal done with a major!

Also they are planning for submission to EMA later in this year, I think they said Q2?

Jefferies were always upbeat on PMO even when the SP was way below their targets and when it was going down they downgraded their target! Market will shrug off such baseless target as did with Barclays.

JP Morgan gave 35p on Mar 1st and they may raise it to 55p when they do their next review.

I don't think anybody cares about broker ratings nowadays.

hated the RNS on the conferences before Feb 14th but first time loving the RNS on conference! :-) This is the best RNS we have had since Feb 14th as clearly this RNS proves that BOD are confident about Iclaprim and also confident in tackling FDA in the upcoming meeting.

Need to see if there are TR1s about IIs loading up here in next few weeks.

Does anyone think any major would approach now for a deal or would wait until the meeting minutes are received?
Any RNS on a deal would rocket the SP and surely SP would go higher in anticipation of positive result from FDA meeting.

I did not scroll down the RNS after seeing IR contact details thinking that it is the end of RNS, was seeing it from my phone. There is hell of information about Kraken and other assets. ENQ believes Kraken will ramp up in due course.

I think AB wants everyone to look at the combined group production and not worry about Kraken production alone.The combined group production for 2019 is expected to grow by around 20% to between 63,000 and 70,000 Boepd. That should be sufficient for anyone calculating about the debt reduction, fcf, interest payments etc.

Had been this bloody Brexit and Trump not there in this world FTSE would have been at 9000 and everyone invested since last few years would have been millionaires! But it will go up once the chaos is all gone. My avg still at 3.34 but my amount invested here is miniscule compare to ppl trading here. GLA last year Bloomberg articole said 2019 will be a fantastic year fro GLEN so hopefully the rise has started now. £3.50 not far now!

This time BG will clear up any obstacles for the first drill for sure as BPC had spent so much money in all these last 10yrs and if the government doesn't allow BPC to drill atleast then no other company will come forward again to buy the license to drill and the oil will be buried forever! BG and it's people have to keep telling fairy tale stories to their grand children about how oil could have changed lives of everyone in Bahamas.

BG will let them drill and they will assess the situation after the first drill to decide how and when they can go into full production considering the environment safety.

So surely Mr. Potter would have contacted the last year major and negotiations must have been going on already since last few months as he got the license renewed and got the support of BG.

RNS can land anytime from now so better to get in now than sitting on sidelines as it is difficult to get in when this starts flying!

I too believe that deal will be announced sooner instead of 6 months as they need to complete the drill before 2020. If the same major is coming back then we need to see if they would still make us any payments during the exclusivity period like last time or will it be more like a farm-in deal once they find oil after drilling?

Wow! Finally in 320s! switched off from this for almost 2 months! Last time when it was at 324 thought that it will fly to 3.80 but went back to 280! Should I sell tomorrow or wait and see if this will fly to 3.80 this time with Brexit most likely to be delayed? The spike to 320 as well is due to Brexit delay or something else? Are the peeps here planning to wait out for 3.80 or selling tomorrow?

2) Debt reduced 2018 - £200M ?
3) Debt reduction forecast for 2019?
4) FCF - £275M ?
5) Capex/Opex

any other things to look out for?
