Before today's RNS about bonds, I read today morning an article (from yday) in Telegraph about BritBox that is not going to be a fortune change for ITV but mentioned that the time is right for the take over offer for ITV considering the take over offer for LSE from HK. So started dreaming that ITV take over offer is now even closer than before and bought just today morning before the tender offer RNS :-( What a luck!

Already in loss now after buying at 125p this morning! have been watching the SP flying from 107p and thought to jump in now atleast but did not think that it will drop to 120p today itself in a span of 1hour trading!

Now stuck till Xmas rally if at all there is one this year! will just collect meagre dividend considering my holding here...

I think rally is dead now with today's RNS, heading back to 115p by end of tomorrow I guess! ATB

all the investors who were in at RI time and when SP was around 35p, they are not coming back? Wonder if there were institutional investors who sold off at that time? can't remember if there were any RNS about reduced holdings? or secretly they would have sold back door...

PMO was at 69p couple of weeks back and the asset sale announcement along with bit of POO helped the SP to jump up.

Does ENQ need any asset sale for the rerate? Or is the market is looking for consistent 40K from Kraken? what is needed for the SP rerate?

Even with all the positive news cairn update, POO, good results from last week, SP is still struggling to stay above 20p. My money bloody will not be back into my pocket for a very long time looks like. Still in red and need 25p for break even. Can't put more money to avg. Just frustrating that SP doesn't leap forward even with good updates. I don't think it will do any better in 2020. Bloody Barclays don't like this share for some reason. Atleast if they rate this higher then momentum starts may be....just frustrating seeing SP at 19p since last few months. I will be out if this comes anywhere close to 24p atleast ...can take a slight loss and but don't want to sit for another year to see 25p

The last RNS on drilling was an amazing news! did not think that SP will reach £3 so soon. thought I lost my money. Was waiting for £3 to jump the ship after seeing 1.6p for a pretty long time without any news. But now flurry of news is due so thinking to wait till November.

I don't know who to blame MTFB team or FDA. don't understand how 2 P3 trials completed successfully if the liver issues were that critical ? may be FDA do not see any value add in bringing Iclaprim to the market. They seem to be happy with Vancomycin even though it has serious effects on Kidneys? May be they want to approve a drug which do not has any side effect on the body but many times it was mentioned that the liver issues subsided after discontinuing Iclaprim? and Iclaprim is an antibiotic that is needed only for few days and it is not a life long pill?

absolutely devastated with the RNS. I can't take this anymore. sold it for a big loss today. Thought that this time atleast we might see a positive RNS but now another trial? not investing again in MTFB and in AIM. enough of this bloody stock market. GL to those who are hanging on still.

I still don't understand the logic of collaboration with other companies on CF and Ophthalmology when FDA is not ready to approve Iclaprim!

I have never seen in your posts about any research on MTFB other than just arguing on other's researched opinions!
when you question someone who has spent lot of time doing the research then definitely blood will boil!

IW didn't state it as fact that FDA lied and that FDA definitely wanted to buy time. He said -

It is quite immature of you to comment on IW like that! That is the fact!

For new investors who are reading his posts might get excited and may believe it is as true and they may buy more which may turn as bad investment if the FDA decision goes other way.

But surely no one is buying just based on someone's post in this site! This has been said many times by many people but still you come up with immature comments on a researched opinion!

I do not understand why they did not pass the resolution 2 this time when they passed it last year? At this last minute, why it was decided not to pass? AGM was postponed to today to have the major shareholder vote to not pass the remuneration? some tussle seems to be going on between MTFB and a major shareholder? may be the major shareholder did not get enough share allotment in the placing?

why would SG take a punt at this last minute? no smoke without fire. They must have smelled something good coming out next week. Strong Buy for me!

PMO was up by 8p last week on the results day so am hoping SP would touch 25p easily and close at 24.90p :-) If any buy ratings from Brokers next week then bye bye to 21p and 30p soon!

I wonder next March whether Trump tweets to lower the POO would be bothered by OPEC? No doubt Trump will be on top of any rise in POO next year as there are elections but for OPEC that would be the chance to put pressure on Trump by cutting the output and allow POO to touch $80?

With oil at $80 and prices at pumps at all time high and tariffs leading to increase in inflation, common people will not be happy to see that and such situation can threaten Trump's chances to come back for next term!

mysteryguy, about the partnership with Lamellar, another angle too see is that why would they partner with MTFB before the meeting minutes /FDA decision and if they think it is not going to be approved? The concerns raised in CRL about Iclaprim will be a problem for Lamellar too when they go for NDA?

FYI - in the webcast following CRL, MTFB mentioned already that they don't see any further clinical trials needed.

So does it mean that CRL was the only means to ask for data from Assist 1&2 and this data request is for just a review and not that there is some concern about liver issues in latest Revive 1&2 as these latest P3 results did not show any liver issues and these latest P3 results were highly successful in terms of safety and efficacy!

So MTFB did Not see a need to submit the old Assist 1&2 data in 2018 NDA as the liver concerns seen in Assist 1&2 are not seen in Revive 1&2.

Also GL was very proactive and so took independent liver experts as well just to cover all bases! I would say well done GL!

To me it looks like MTFB is not worried about CRL and that is why they were confidently attending conferences after CRL and IIs as well holding nicely and are doing deals like partnering with another product for CF!

hope next week update will rocket the SP. Remember before the March update, SP was 15p and it now settled at 20p so hopefully we touch 25p with the update and if POO stays at current price then 30p could be achieved! All is speculation and guesses! Every dog has its day and our day will come too soon!

interesting that you are planning to sell after approval. I want to see the offers that pour in but if they say that they want to raise more funds then I will sell off. ATB

Mysteryguy, see you on MTFB board! Am invested here and in MTFB. Hope both pays off big for us! Although MTFB is high risk comparatively but to me FDA decision would turn out positive. BPC been very silent since a month. Next RNS should be either deal or EA approval. Does anyone think BPC could completely close the shop if charan and BOD lose faith in Potter? Don't think they will go find another CEO at this stage? Hopefully they just make a deal with the last year major and this time just agree to their terms instead of asking them to pay us upfront every month! Just get the drilling started but I also wonder if they would want to fund their own drilling? Any thoughts?

Spike, you started off this thread saying MTFB is keeping quiet since May 3rd as they knew it is not going to be approved and that you are going to be out of MTFB tomorrow morning and when Scott countered you then you started adding IMO to your posts! I know it is a pressure situation but don't start posting like SP250!

The FDA meeting is like an interview for a job. You may think you have done well or not done well but you willnot know the result until you hear it from the company/FDA!

GL is not a cowboy ceo and all the news we got since CRL indicates it is all positive but again you will not know the end result until you hear from horse's mouth! IMHO
