scart, yes, the shares can be traded from 28th May but as you now have got shares allocated from the placing so the same way HSBC might have got the shares allocated at 80p and that could have resulted in RNS?

But like you have said the shares might have changed hands and if that is the case then it is really good news.

could it be that they took part in placing price at 80p and got allocated 5% of the share capital now? Surely if they bought it at yesterday's market price of 160p then SP would have been at much higher price than today?

Many posters nicely spinned a negative story about the distribution agreement. When NCYT got CE approval, posters were questioning if they have distribution partners around the world and they didn't had manufacturing capacity as well at that time so NCYT released RNS manufacturing tie up after CE approval so comparing it to NCYT, AVCT are in a better position except that they need to get that CE approval for their product.

I like the fact that Medusa were in a rush to get the deal done much before the CE approval as clearly they can see the potential with the AVCT product and why would you do a deal now in advance when you think if AVCT product's sensitivity and specificity is not accurate ?

They now have manufacturing sorted out and distribution sorted out and CE approval on its way so expect another RNS about the progress on CE approval soon.

Goldman sachs are playing this up and down. If this goes to 80p and when you see 77p then that might indicate a drop back to 71p depending on the wider market scenario at 77p. Probably, we should trade 50% of the holding and keep the 50% for long term?

but just need patience for that update. Yesterday's update came in just after 2 weeks from April 30 announcement about their antiviral product. Surely Tim would do his best to make use of CV19 situation to keep the momentum on the share price so expecting another update in 2 weeks time and that should take the SP to much higher level. GLA

was mad. It was played like a AIM share and not treated like FTSE 100. I was looking all day to buy but was not convinced to buy at 69p and from 4pm , the price went up to 70.75 and for 20mins till 4.20 it was lingering between 70.45 to 70.6p and felt that tomorrow this will open up even higher and though will miss the chance for entry at 70p so hit the Buy button at 70.45 for 3k worth and bloody by the end market has taken it down to 69.54p!

I earlier bought at 69p in April and did not sell when it went to 80p and watched it drop to 72p and sold it and then bought again at same 72p but sold at 71p.

Let's see how it goes next week. Govt is still going head with opening up the economy despite some new cases from Germany so most likely next week should be good for ITV. Hope Dow doesn't retreat again! ATB

There is no other RNS from any other company on CV-19 today. Also we have seen how the other CV19 related pharma stocks gone up from 20p days to £1+.

This should move to 30p atleast in next couple of hours as more people get the news!

well I do not agree that SP here is worth only 50p. If it was then it wouldn't have bounced from 75p to 90p and to 105p few weeks back. Clearly there is a support at 90p. Any good news in the market this is sure to bounce back to 100p otherwise Algos are happy to make this dance between 90p to 95p.

Remember that the new II from Newyork also bought in at around 90p! MROO mentioned that their factories have opened up in China although they did not mention about any sales from these factories but at the same they mentioned that revenue decline was some 31%? If it was a complete standstill with no sales going on then I wouldn't think it will stay at 90p for so long or for that matter it wouldn't have bounced off from 75p after the market update nor the new institution investor wouldn't have bought it recently. Note that even recent broker target is £1.64.

So to say that it has not doubled or tripled may be is correct and not sure what other companies that you know have doubled but this one did rise more than 30% from 75p.

calling for 50p and 60p all the time is ridiculous and at the same time no one is saying that this is going to go to £1.50 next week or month although broker target is £1.65! Clearly support is there at 90p. Any good news in the market, this should bounce.

too many Algo trades controlling the share. went up to 75.5p and back down again quickly. With Boris announcement, I thought this should be sitting at 80p easily.

I took a position on Thursday but a small one compared to yours. More for trading than long term. Missed hitting buy button Wednesday close when it was at 52.5p.

2021 is going to be a massive year for all the the companies that got battered even BoE mentioned the same. Cineworld will definitely be many multiples. I may build position here but there are too many companies that are very undervalued at the moment so need to see if I need to diversify or stick with 2 or 3 companies!

RNS was quite boring. It looked almost same as the previous update except that they highlighted more about the decline in revenues. But see this part -

They mentioned last time that their factories have opened in China so any production out of these factories and the orders from it would be nice. A general update on the opening up of business would be taken as positive by the market I hope!

The new institutional investor taken a position just 2days back. Probably they too hope that the upside is there in near future and SP has got support now at this levels? I'm hoping that the update tomorrow will set a new level for SP that is higher than today's price. Surely it will touch low 90s in first half hour and that should be used as top up opportunity!
