Today Halford's update was taken as postivie and rose 25% so far! I guess MRO can do similar rise if the RNS has more positive news ?

I'm still invested although only little amounts compared to big 6 figure and 7 figure holders.

I think it all depends on what people are expecting tomorrow. There is not going to be any offer announced if people are thinking to sell when there is no offer but offer can come anytime. It can be tomorrow as well or in few weeks or in few months but a deal will be made with GGP.

I think the key takeaway from tonights result and from GGP RNS tomorrow should be more positive results from the drilling although I cannot interpret perfectly how much gold has been explored till now so I will leave that to Paddy and others to help me out.

Considering the way the gold price is going up and the predictions of $3000 Gold price in 2020, GGP is going to benefit a lot when the deal is announced.

If Sandeep uses words like 'Exceptional', 'Rare find', 'Excited', 'perfect alternate for Tefler' then that should be enough for us to conclude that deal is going to be announced soon with their cash that they have drawn out. Remember that PRIM is still invested and if they are selling then they wouldn't sell for few pennies below from yesterday's price. They are invested as they see that this is going to multi bag from the current price!

am still bit worried about results next week. But I hope that any negative news is already priced in and any good news would move SP to 85p?

If you look at the holdings RNS Orynx investment reduced their holdings considerably. Also one another institution sold out completely few weeks back. They sold after the consortium news was announced!

Wonder why would they sell? It is these sell out holdings that made me to think that something wasn't right and I sold out on Friday.

Anyone know why the two IIs sold out when they knew that 50M tests will be manufactured by the consortium? Probably ODX is not going to make much money out of this? Probably is the reason why they partnered with Mologic for additional income although Mologic now have their own manufacturing site and partnered with another company too and not just ODX.

If ODX doesn't put out the details of how much of the revenue they will make out of these 50M tests then market will not like the uncertainty. Also what is the next catalyst for ODX?

On 30th morning UK time, if the results from the previous night are as per expectations then wondering if ppl would bank their profits causing SP to slide a bit or do you think million share holders want to stick and jog along till the end ?
Surely there will not be any news about offer to GGP but you never know considering the gold price, they may announce a deal as higher the Gold price, the more GH will demand from NC so mgmt from NC would be aware of this? If this is the thought process then NC would have announced the deal by now instead of waiting till 30th? So most likely, I feel there will be more waiting needed for the offer from NC.

As long as drill results are good to spectacular on 30th, we should be OK for further upside to SP.

Trek, I know you are the best in picking the stocks at right time. I read your posts back in 2018 when I was in IMM just before their P3 results. I'm still holding IMM although sold out back then before the results as I don't like waiting for the D-Day as things can go either way.

AVCT has lot more legs next week and a big news is due there although next week could see down days but will use that as a top up over there.

Also Trek, you said you have a website about your recommendations for stock pickings. Hope that is going well. I think you mentioned there is a small subscription for that?

Saw TXP rising before this CV19 and thought I will miss it but I see that they have upcoming potential wells to be spudded? I like BPC so am back in today with a small purchase. Fingers crossed!

Over here with BPC, it would be good if a RNS is released about the updates. I read the post from SpiriteFan. Thank you for that. It looks like UK has now testing kits available and other countries will follow too so hopefully BPC is back to business soon. Any postponement of drilling would be catastrophic for us but am sure Potter will also be under pressure to go head with drilling considering the investment made by the big Institutional Family investor. With social distancing measures, it should not be a problem for all the manufacturing and drilling companies to get back to work?

guys I had* an avg of 33p but sold out after reading that article. I may be wrong. I was not sure if that was positive for ODX or not as they did not mention anything about ODX in that article although we know in the previous RNS they mentioned about the tie up. I think the bigger news is with the design freeze from the consortium that ODX formed with Govt support. But today's announcement of million tests for key workers by the govt should have warranted RNS from ODX about their contribution in manufacturing the million testing kits for govt. It looks like Roche is supplying those million testing kits for Govt. It could be that ODX as well is doing its part but would be better if it is confirmed in a RNS. Anyways GLA. I'm out for now. From the above article, Mologic is tying with many other companies to manufacture their product and ODX is not the only one. ODX mentioned 46,000 tests per day so could it be that the rest will be with the other manufacturers mentioned in the above link? There seem to be a manufacturing site adjacent to Mologic current lab. I'm not sure what to think of the article mentioned above. With more tie ups by Mologic, ODX might only get a small portion of the large pie from Mologic?

pretty large volumes went through today. appears to be buys. There were few other shares close to million and half a million went through.

I too agree that as we get close to October, SP will be back to 3p atleast. Oil should be steady and rising by then. Sold here for 15% loss during the sell off. will start small top ups soon.

Trek, I see you bought AVCT. With the next RNS over there should take the SP to over £1 easily. Did you buy BPC already?

I think BOD are not stupid to cause the dilution to SP with new placing. CEO releasing RNS yday about ahead of their schedule with their product clearly indicates CEO wants to bank on the momentum and there is more good news to land soon.

I think one of the many catalysts mentioned by Myles can land this week. Better to to up now than regret later waiting for auction to end when the news lands.

If they are going to sell them why in AGM they would approve for placing? Of course board cannot stop them from selling in open market but there is lot of news to come and lot more upside to the SP so they may not sell it starightaway.

I thought the same that this would go up to 74p atleast today. It did hit a high of 70.62p

Now am wondering what will happen when the Q1 update approaches - May 6th.
Obviously results are not going to look good but is it all priced in? or as the market is more on sentiment so will it fall back to 50s? I think it all depends on how we move towards May 6th. I may exit before then and will buy back in after May 6th depend on where SP will settle.

CashFerret, I do not understand your trading strategy. Do you sell out thinking that PMO will shut the shop forever soon? If so then wakey wakey, that is not going to happen. can't believe you are all the time on the keyboard watching the share price! You must be a retired old man and I don't recommend trading this day in day out for that age as before PMO shuts down you may lose life out of this panic and manic trading strategy!

Wonder how your strategy beats buy big at low and hold for long? Although I made a top-up at 33p but not worried as we will see that price soon and has given opportunity to top up more now.

May 1st onwards, 10M supply cut kicks in so am expecting oil will rise from next week onwards although may not see $40 straightaway but enough rise for PMO and ENQ to survive this year so you know now that am invested in both the companies!

Gold back to $1700 and could again go down to $1600 if the Gilead's trials are successful but GGP is not in production whereas NC are so wondering if the fall gold price can have impact on GGP SP?

The above article is from Nov 2019 and mentioned about the worrying debt when the markets were going all time highs.

Looks like the fall from highs is due to the debt?

What are your thoughts on the debt? Just worried if the SP would be stuck at this level for a long time due to its debt?

I feel the same. They currently hold 40% so why would they make an offer to own remaining 60% when they need to spend just another $25M to own 70%? This could be the reason why they said MRE is towards end of this year. 70% of HAV has been given away cheaply? So wonder how much they would pay for remaining 30%? Will they pay $500M to acquire that?
