Super dry did a 30% rise few weeks back on news of their online sales back to precovid levels.

We can do atleast 15% rise on Wednesday.

Again at 86.5! My previous one was at 94p I think. My holding is getting bigger here! £30k nearly invested now!

I have confidence on Mooky. CINE survived all of last year without any liquidity issues and now with vaccines and reopening, CINE is in a much better place. US is the big market and that is opening with big bang! No masks indoors.

I have started adding Tesla again. I expected this drop once the Q1 results were released. As the next update approaches, Tesla will be back to $700 comfortably.

After Feb update, in March Tesla went down to $530 and then gone up to $780!

It will repeat again for sure. I will keep adding whenever it goes down. Bit of positive news needed and price will start going up.

AMC are still struggling to gather funds and now they managed to get $400M after a share sale whereas CINE already had bagged $400M+ through bond issuance and from US Cares Act. CINE can survive until next year even if cinemas are to be closed for all of 2021.

Market seems to be thinking that CINE will need to raise cash but like I said above, it doesn't need to raise cash.

May be if Mooky can confirm this on Monday RNS that they are officially open and some assurance about the liquidity then we should see 20% jump on Monday like AMC's jump today.

It appears only PIs are now investing in oil hoping to see $75+ oil
But I do not understand where is the money going as you can see money pulled out from green energy sector as well. EV share priced are down by 40%, ITM down by 40% from it speak, PlugPower, Quantumscape etc are all down.

If money is now moving away from growth companies to traditional sectors that have value then ENQ is better placed? Interest rate worries for heavy debt companies is a worry but how will banks survive if they can't lend to companies that are in debt.

AB needs to quickly sort out the refinancing and that should pull us back to 20p atleast easily.

With Oil at $68, oilers make profits and with inflation, commodities do well so if it is value based investing then ENQ is the best place to invest?

Apology if I have picked the wrong thread to comment but my point is about shorters and there is no change in percentage of shorts since April!!!

Those big funds that short will have any big negative news before us PIs. The fact that shorts haven't changed makes me think that all the drop from £1 to current levels is beacause of triggering of stop losses and MMs playing games.

With AGM gone, next RNS is on Monday and it is about reopening RNS.

I will top up again before Friday close. I expect Monday morning with RNS we could see big jump. In the RNS if they can throw in news about more agreements with studios then minimum 15% rise guaranteed!

170p is about right for ITV. This is still undervalued. Dividend announcement could have helped reach 170 sooner. I was bit surprised about no mention of dividend. However meager it is, if they had announced, pension funds would have piled in for dividends. We have loads of cash. Carolyn need to think something big and find a new growth avenue. I think something big will happen in next few months. 170p this December would be fantastic!

Clearly there is lot of selling going on but don't understand the reason why. Short tracker didn't show any increase in shorts. I think until AGM on 12th is over, we may not see big moves.

Also looked at AGM agenda and I see some mention about rights issue. AGM was announced on April 12th and since that date we have been struggling to go above £1.

The debt increased by £800m since Dec 2019 but there was cineplex deal going on around Dec 2019 and there was no talk of rights issue at that time. Now the cineplex deal is cancelled and cinemas are opening up so with debt just increased by £800m, I think there is no need for additional liquidity. Cine said monthly cash burn is £60M and we have liquidity of around £450M through bond issuance and refund from US Cares act so the current liquidity of £450M approx is good enough to see us through for next 7months if cinemas are completely closed. Cinemas are fully opening and we are going to see money coming in. So with £450M cash in hand and tills ringing from May 17th and cineplex deal cancelled, there is no need for any rights issue now. Lenders would have forced CINE to do rights issue last year itself like IAG, RR and many others had to do.

Clearly Mooky doesn't want any dilution so is the reason why he did not tap SHs for cash. Also he has put out special bonus proposal if CINE SP reached £1.90 and £3.80. He wouldn't put out such a proposal if there is going to be any dilution and if the price doesn't go up to £1.90 and beyond.

Currently market is just cautious about the outcome of AGM on 12th. To give confidence to the market there was a director purchase too back in April soon after AGM announcement.

We may see big rises after AGM.

Itv was taken down almost 10% from 127p just a week before the results and now back to 125-127p. Certainly games are being played. Increased volume of ADRs is interesting. Now the reason why there was no bid for ITV last year, I think there was uncertainty due to virus so the situation of those who are interested to bid for ITV may not be certain of their own future due to virus.

Now that virus is getting control and increase in volume of ADRs is interesting. Hope we move to 130s soon.

Just 12 days left for the UK reopening.

We will be back to £1 atleast before the opening.

Re-read the RNS and all I see is successful P2 and SNG is delightful of the results so why the sell off?

P3 to conclude in H2, which could be anytime between July - December. P3 could be successful too and if it is released on July 20 like last year with successful outcome then back to £2.50.

I will dip in depending on how low this will be taken down.

Since the RNS, no TR1s from major investors Polygon, Polar capital. They are holding nicely so I guess no reason for PIs to sell. I'm not invested at the moment but am watching this closely.

Apart from the good news about vaccine progress, eating restrictions, cinemas reopening in US,UK and other regions, we have new positive developments -

- cinemas could open in full capacity from summer. Remember, 20% capacity is good enough for cine to run day to day business, @50% capacity, CINE makes profit! At near to full capacity, CINE can pay dividends to SHs!

- We have a director purchase few weeks back in April for £15k worth @98p

- Barclays upgraded CINE to 115p

- Jefferies upgraded CINE to 112p?

We have support from Jhango still. We will be back to 99p and above in no time. This is the third time since the results day it is being taken down and SP bounced back to £1.

In 2 weeks time we will get re-opening RNS.
With restrictions easing up, this can't be held down for too long.

On the other side of the pond, there is a scare about interest rate rise.
Nothing confirmed about when the rates rise.

I just looked at the YE results again.
CINE paid dividends in Jan 2020 despite Cineplex deal and with debt just .8bn less than the current debt!!!

Now we don't have Cineplex deal and money saved by cancelling dividends for this year and with all cinemas back this month, CINE is in a much better position now. We should see atleast 110p this month for sure. Once it hits 110p then no looking back....

Articles say that ITV previously had rights several years ago and was later outbid by BT.

So I imagine ITV will be doing a similar deal. Finances are much better now than years before.

ITV paid dividends previously even with the rights for the football matches. I think we should be ok.

Amazon is bidding too and there is no way anyone can beat them. So even if ITV fails to bid, we should be back as we are still undervalued considering studio business.

Agree Win. Digital platform is the way to go.
ITV have thought about this deal very well. I just hope it pays off.

Market seem to like it anyways. We have broker upgrades, director purchase and SP is back to 121p!

As always you provide a great insight. I should have atleast posted my thoughts before making any decision.
I lost money in other companies and I thought my profits in Tesla will evaporate if it is taken down to 600 and under like in Mar. But the thing I forgot is that Tesla bounced so quickly from 600 to 780 again. I thought if it goes down again there may not be enough buyers to pull it back up this time.

My plan was to buy back when it goes low but really a big mistake in my thought process.

What I forgot is that the journey just started and in 10yrs time Tesla will be making multi million cars with all the tech and other businesses, the only way is upwards.

If you compare with FB revenue, they reported quarterly revenue of $26bn where as Tesla reported $10.4bn so the difference is just $15bn which Tesla can catch up easily. FB is close to 1Trillion Mcap and Tesla can do the same soon! I bloody shouldn't have read the fraud media.

DB101, do you think if I should buy in tranches on the dips? I will buy the dips in £5k tranches instead of going all in at once?
