As per my calculations, with 20 to 1 consolidation, 18bn shares convert to .9bn shares and if price stays the same, new SP would be £4. Now depending on the free float of shares available after consolidation any drops will be bigger and rises will be bigger too. Considering poo at $68 region and will be close to it until end of Summer or even later, I think chances of SP rising are higher if you consider the dividend and FTSE entry. Don't think it can enter FTSE 100 this year as Mcap needs to be atleast £5.5bn as per current list. I have taken my profits at 32p but was silly to buy back some at 28p although not a big amount. I will add if this goes to 19p and below before consolidation.

Drop nothing related to RR.
Overall market was down and bloody shorts took advantage to take it down.

To be honest nothing changed on RR side to cause this drop. It was the indian variant that brought this down in March and now the situation is much better than in March so RR should go up like the rest of the market but to me it feels like all the big IIs have made a pact to keep it low and play with other shares. Hopefully as more countries get added to green list, pressure will build and SP will do a monster rise. Like I said we need a new TR1 from a new investor and that can change the situation.

April end DHL agreement was also about Total care. So these 2 new agreements in 2021 should provide the additional revenue for flying hours, which is damn good news.

Bloody Bernberg were casting doubt on flying hours revenue without considering the possibility of new contracts like DHL and Uganda airlines. Although RR said only 40% of 2019 levels EFH achieved until April this year but these additional new sign ups will easily add the extra revenue and RR could easily exceed their forecasted positive cash flow quite early. I'm hoping that some big institutional investor sooner or later will take a big stake considering how undervalued this is. We need a TR1 RNS about big holdings and it should be a new investor and then bloody shorts will run like head less chickens. RR just needs to carry on finding new customers for their engines.

I said in the afternoon that MMs have lowered the price so that shorts can close. They have taken advantage of the Amazon deal and created a false drop when in fact Amazon deal should not impact CINE. More shorts will be reduced as we get to £1. Once we hit £1 no looking back.

Nothing to worry much I believe.Some positive news is needed in n the market to make next big moves. If Boris is not delaying the restrictions on June 21st then I think there will be a big jump in SP across the market. Hope Boris doesn't delay it.

I too fail to understand how Amazon buyout of MGM impact CINE when AMC is flying high still.

Amazon buyout news is old news.
Drop is just MMs playing to make you sell so they cover the shorts at a lower price.

2 weeks back it was taken down to 83p when market was down and in 2 days sprung back to 93p.

Don't sell. You will regret selling and will need to buy higher. I have sold out of cine at 53p and had to buy back and now have avg of around 91p.

We have Mooky who was excited with the reopening. Tills are ringing and many movies are lined up every week. Bumper bank holiday coming up too. Hold tight. AIMO.

Added some more although just 2k worth. Drop is to do with wider market. Few steps back is needed to make a bigger jump. Should be up again. I expect close to be at 95p region. Let's see.

Heading for a market crash in housing sector? Don't think so...look at unemployment figures and look at projected UK growth this year. Look at how people are spending on retail. Ending Furlough is not going to impact HB. May be a temporary dip.

I think the biggest reason is the inflation fear and the interest rate rise. Although we have assurances that any rise will not be this year but enough for big funds to panic. Current drop is temporary I feel. It should tick up. I thought I missed entry in 160s but now got in at 170p. Happy to hold this for long.

I have 3 stocks including ENQ that I feel are pretty undervalued currently but all 3 are not moving when there is a positive news. I think with ENQ, market want to see refinancing done. It is not that if the refinancing will be done. It just removes a hurdle once we have it in the paper and then investors will have one less worry when putting their money in. Come on AB, get it sorted soon so that our SP can move on to new highs.

Looks like the deal was poorly done last year as they are binded by the conditions of the deal so it doesn't matter what IRC is worth now, POG will only get $10M ?
Unless they are able to withdraw from the deal without any costly penalty but again the debt guarantee remains with POG until IRC debt is cleared off?
Do not think new mgmt ignored exploring other options to maximize the returns from IRC. But again who is there to question them now? Market likes it and we are blue...

After Mooky's update, some % shorts must have closed that lead the rise to 96.8p? We shall know tomorrow if any shorts reduced.
Upward momentum picked up. Shorts will have to close at some point.

Selling IRC stake at $10M is cheap compared to the guarantee that POG provided for $200M debt.

POG will still have 1.2% stake in IRC without the security guarantee for the debt but would have been good if Pavel had included another deal condition like sale price to exceed $10M if Fe prices reach certain level as compared to last year iron price doubled? Pog could have sold it for more money at the current Fe prices.

Anyways good news is that we got rid off the IRC debt guarantee and hopefully this creates some interest for the new funds to buy POG.

I had 97p closing price y'day but upping that now to 98.5p as for sure tomorrow open will be higher. AIMO
