I logged into my account and opened chat from there, simply told them that I wanted to use all my RMS shares to vote against the resolutions at the GM on feb 12th. Very straight forward. It took the guy a couple of minutes to check my holdings, he then confirmed, he will be registering my vote.

From the links I’ve seen on this board, mostly UK,ITALY,USA etc collectively well over 400 million humans. A large enough market for a single machine capable of producing 5m masks per month. As for licensing deals, I believe this is the real game changer, these things take time and sadly but fortunately for holders in this stock, the virus isn’t going away therefore masks are here to stay for the foreseeable future.

RNS. On the 22nd clearly states that the mask is now fully certified and sales agreements can begin in EARNEST.
Also that the machine will be operational within a few days.
That was all 6 days ago.
News will come.

Agreed, the previous BOD have played a few master strokes to line their own pockets since November.
I’d accept further dilution if the company released a statement justifying the need for another £5m in cash. Frankly it would be difficult to justify and that action is ultimately what’s has caused their demise.

Warrants if awarded will dilute us 20%. This is negligible in the scheme of things.
The company would then have over £11m in the bank.
Personally, I don’t want more dilution but the potential here is far greater IMO.

It’s simply an update on an investigation into a BOD that have acted in their own interest and as a result have been replaced by a BOD who will act in the interest of the investors a the companies.
Onwards and upwards.

Therefore useless IMO.

For what it’s worth.
The latest RNS is exactly what most people (myself included) have been waiting for.
Machine installed and about to go into production with strong interest in the product.
I invested in RMS because I believe demand for this product will be strong and potentially of the scale. We are all here to make money.
Lesson to be learned this morning, clearly be careful with stop losses.
I did have a heavy heart at 0800 when it opened at 2.5, however the rapid recovery is very reassuring to me.
As Mr Buffet said, the stock market is a device for moving money from the impatient to the patient.
