The company is obliged to update the market on any share price sensitive news.
Stating revenue for the first 6 months of 2021 at £95m up 50 % on 2020 is clearly good news, hence the recent rise, however, leaving the full year estimate at £100m indicates a further revenue of £5m to year end. This is surely inaccurate and requires updating as it is SP sensitive news?

Novacyt seriously need to officially revue the year end estimate, given the first 6 months was £95m and the current forecast of £100m remains unchanged.
In my mind this should be a mandatory update and via RNS as most communication now is via social media.

Full year estimate of £100m is nonsense when they had already generated £95m by June. Sales must be growing with the virus? GLOBALLY. If revenue was £95m by June, with testing growing world wide, surely year end estimate should be north of £200m

100% agree with you.
The Mcap makes no sense what so ever. It appears the last few RNS’s have been very positive and have moved the SP forward but only to retreat again. This company is becoming a cash cow when most are debt ridden. How on earth is Novacyt so under valued?
DHSC surely cannot be the reason, UK only 1/3 of revenue. The dispute will be resolved eventually but that doesn’t change the fact that this business is generating revenue and is successful.

Volumes are low across the board today, some FTSE listings trading 5-10% of daily average.
Agree, switch off and wait. It will come good, eventually!

As the company has stated, the DHSC accounted for 50% of last years revenue. The uk now accounts for 30% of all revenue. IMO this dispute is rapidly becoming insignificant as NYCT has a much longer reach than the UK.

I think you’re missing the point. Novacyt is not being linked to the companies that are ripping the population off for PCR testing. Or are you simply a paid derampers?

Obviously DHSC dispute and shorter shave a measurable impact, however the business is well positioned for the future beyond COVID plus plenty of revenue still to be made from COVID.

This is my second attempt at a COVID stock, RMS being the first.
My average is £4.30.

I do read most posts but try my hardest not to be influenced by anything other than RNS’s.
Definitely a wait and see stock? Been here long enough to wait a little longer.
