Do we know whether the delisting was voluntary indicating a takeover or forced indicating bankruptcy.

Surely a delisting for whatever reason should generate an RNS response from the company?

Can anyone shed light on the reasons PFC was delisted from the index?

I’ve researched main reasons generally which aren’t pleasant but can’t find why PFC in particular.

Great to see Helikon reducing but only Helikon isn’t going to cut it. Volume on delisting day were immense so I was hoping to see more than a 0.3% reduction.

I expect many PI’s got spooked on Thursday and sold a loss but the SP has held relatively well, probably because Helikon was buying its exit.

I’m spooked but not enough to dash for the exit and am considering buying more, I reduced around 33p and was guessing we may see 25p again which we have but the delisting from the index is holding me back for now.

Can’t deny that anything is possible with PFC, what is undeniable though is the order intake. If the cash flow issues can be resolved then I think the SP will be pounds not pence.

Very reassuring that we didn’t drop actually. Would indicate as some allude that the shorts did indeed take the opportunity to reduce their exposure. They’re probably as bored as we are. We will find out on Monday. Meanwhile it’s holding up.

Also, curry’s immediately rejected an offer and the SP reset to the offer price immediately, twice!

If JD offers 80p and the board rejects it the SPwill be 80p until he revises his offer. The only way it’ll drop is if he walks away? Very unlikely IMO

You really think JD has no idea what offer is acceptable to the board? You’re going to have to try harder than that.

Dean01, since you claimed to have sold your tone has been increasingly negative and transparent.

We don’t have long to wait now, it’s a nail bighter but I’ve only been in SDRY since early feb some am not going to claim to be an expert on the subject. However, I have done my research and am happy to wait this one out to its conclusion as I’m convinced it’s worth a lot more than the current MCAP.

How are they exiting without causing a spike? They certainly assisted with the demise of the SP.

He’s currently sitting on 27% not sure if the 1% purchased by L&G on his behalf is included so possibly 28%. He’s close to 30% which is a strategic level.

If he goes above the rules kick in and he’ll have to offer 131p minimum. That could work in his favour or not. My best guess if he doesn’t breach 30% by Friday then the offer will be lower than 131p. How much lower? Only JD knows.

The only place administrators are mentioned is on this BB. The business is doing a good job of cutting costs, nothing has been stated about critical cash flow or administration.

Other potential buyers are watching this and if they see a bargain they will swoop. JD and his team will be aware and will have to bid enough to fend off a bidding war. Plenty of sizable hedge funds out there with very deep pockets and according to press reports, the UK is being viewed by the USA as cheap, which I completely agree with.

The only realistic question is: at what price, loads of speculation on this subject but reasonably it’s going to be north of where we are now.

JD could request an extension for various reasons but I can’t see why he would be so engaged if he didn’t genuinely want to execute his plan.

We will all know by close on Friday, one way or the other.
