There are those pesky three days of October next week. I am still hopeful for Friday, then plenty of publicity in the weekend papers. Someone on the other board sold yesterday because they had been caught out on Ars and were getting anxious the longer the wait. Hopefully their fears are in vain and this will be the one that got away. After my Quindell experience it took me ages to get my eye in again, with my very depleted resources. Several years ago I sold Blue Prism, because I thought what it did was not as simple as selling an object, so it could be easily shorted. My £4000 would have become £100,000!
The trickle of sells made by private investors will become a flood on November I, if there is no FS, wonder if Lombard will keep selling at 2p?

Be of good cheer, Odious Lombard don't seem to like to sell below 3.5. On the downside they hate to sell above 4! I refuse to sell at a loss, as I can see no black marks against those charge, just this dreary wait. I used to laugh when I bought those amounts in May, FS was supposed to be just weeks away. It could land tomorrow, I reckon Friday.

June, July and August were pretty tedious, I share your pain Dave having bought close to one of the other times FS was supposed to be due, always jam tomorrow. The boss being a graduate of the Camborne School of Mines, which is actually in Devon, must be even more distracted than us when topping a scone, jam or cream first? He certainly does dreckly in true Cornish style. All said in good humour of course!

I think some of the Henderson fund merged with Lombard in 2017. We obviously don't fit their investment strategy which they say is based on sustainability. They must have seen a mine and fainted! Strange can't work out our role with electric vehicles, they are probably investing in wind turbines. I agree it should have been disclosed.
Jeremy has been f..... since mid year, announcing some delays in online interviews or to Twitter groups. I remain optimistic, though over 25% down, as I invested expecting the FS when promised!

Hands up, I tried all the conspiracy theories and hats off to someone who said Lombard months ago. The selling continues, the Lombard announcement has probably frightened new buyers, who won't buy until the FS. I hope we have not got to wait until next week.

Well the tweet suggested October, so unless Jeremy wants to become the Elon Musk of mining, it has got to be by Halloween.
Over on the other board they are suggesting Glencore is suppressing the price, because they will get a million dollars in shares or cash, after the FS is published. Cash or shares seems to be at the discretion of HZM. We know HZM has the cash, but perhaps Jeremy has been locked in a cupboard until he agrees to shares, 'at the five day volume weighted average price, taken ten days after issuance.'

After two very intelligent posts, please forgive my amateur ramblings, Do you think those in charge aredelaying the FS to get as near as they can to when they can exercise their share options? Could they be worried HZM could be taken out really quickly post FS?
I don't think the share fall in Ars will have helped sentiment! Having suffered a similar fall with Quindell, I can sympathise, but you do survive and are then very cautious with future investments, as I think I have been here. The fall in Ars could be a temporary blip, unlike Quindell. I will be cross to lose my £5 bet if FS slips into November.

Vale say they need $20,000 mt to invest in new nickel mines, Horizonte would be profitable at current nickel prices of $12600 according to Jeremy in previous interviews

Thank you Qualia, so if I have listened correctly, similar mine after its FS, bought for twelve times what HZM is worth at the moment, plus Jeremy was or is expecting us to be about 8p plus around the FS.

Sunrise mine which has a third of the nickel of Vermelho and of a lower quality than V, has a market cap of 670 million dollars. Vermelho purchased for 8 million dollars. No one buying at these levels should regret it, in my opinion. I am cleaned out. Question is will we cheated of full value by a quick buy out?

I remember when the Bod awarded themselves share options on the 1st June at 4.8p, many people were not impressed, as the share price the day before was 4.45p. Certainly the share price with the odd exception has been pretty lacklustre since. Hopefully we will see 4.8, I get my money back at that price!

I see a plucky soul paid 4p today! I paid more than that some months ago, one of the other times the FS was thought to be imminent. The day I bought the price was knocked back quickly just like today. Jeremy, I am glad you are making the FS as understandable as possible with videos, because the 'entity' that has seemed to keep a lid on this share for months, will no doubt hit it even after the FS. Please though, before you do colouring books for the under fives, release the FS, in the nicest possible way, I am sick of waiting!
