I agree this isn't illegal insider trading, so doesn't mean they know something we don't. But it means that we now have two people who know the business inside out because it's their bread and butter, and they consider the current sp to be a bargain and a buying opportunity.

None of us here know the answer to that. Or, rather, if we did, we couldn't say.

Presumably, any NDAs would expire after the meeting is reported via official news service. I can well imagine there may be useful things you can report, either from the mood / tone of the meeting, or from questions asked that were not deemed worth including in the official report. In that case, you would have useful things to report back here - you'd just to wait until you're allowed to do so.

They could release price sensitive info, by asking those present to sign an NDA that also forbids them trading BOU, with the NDA and trading embargo both lapsing as soon as the post-meeting RNS is out.

It's what I'd expect. Lots of people on AIM trade rather than invest. (IMO, it's a mistake with this stock, which will gradually turn into a buy-low, do-nothing long-term-hold company, but that's another story). It's highly likely we'll get the first (of several?) items of news at the AGM. So you want to be a holder before the AGM. But short-term traders aren't going to want to tie up their cash in this company for weeks before the AGM - they could "put it to work", chasing 10% gains here and there, during those weeks. But as the AGM creeps up, it's time for people to take positions, and they will. Of course, there is still the possibility that we get significant news before the AGM, in which case this plan could backfire for those keeping their powder dry, but I'd certainly expect buying to build gradually over the next 6 trading days.

The other factor is that, IMO, drax set himself a very easy target for news, that doesn't require any crystal ball. He said "before end of next week". The AGM is next Friday (2nd). So it's not really saying very much to say we'll get news before the end of that week. That's how I'd say it's an informed opinion.

@Quitie - maybe yes. I topped up a couple of times below 20p, in the 19s. For most of yesterday, I was wondering: "Perhaps I was too quick to jump on sub-20 prices". I'm now thinking: "Maybe I grabbed just the right moment". Let's hope.
But, yes, @Bluefiesta, this is still massively oversold compared to the prices we've had in the past month or so.

I wouldn't quite go that far - "normal" was 30p, before we went and got two batches of good news to send the price down.

Good to see the ask lifted to 22. Since this time yesterday they have been some decent buys and not one trade appearing as a sell. That was bound to start to move the price back up eventually. Those low prices were always going to hit fresh buyers sooner or later. We _may_ have hit bottom and are beginning to climb back to sensible levels.
