I would assume Condor Gold Nic is a wholly owned subsidiary of MTL, keeps the local onside

paperwork for permits and concessions in order but more importantly to offset all historical losses through drilling, land purchases and local investment etc against future corporation tax liabilities.

There was an agreed amount of drilling to be completed in the 5 years and I think the areas to be drilled were also agreed also as part of the deal
