I wouldn't disagree with your post, my main concern is, that every major and the tea boy is watching HUR like a hawk, waiting for the FB model to fail, and sending short loads without the right communication doesn't help.

The above sentence taken from your post is the main reason I want to be proved wrong. There are many reasons she may have left with a short load, the discharge pump motor burnt out, leaking flex, and I'm sure you can think up many more, but if that was the case why wasn't the market informed.
You may think I'm just being pedantic pain but until someone convinces me that a difference of 2.2 m in the draught equates out to 400 / 450K barrels I will still have my doubts.

The N.O. had a bunkering vessel alongside all morning labeled as a bunkering tanker, the Haldis was much bigger and labeled as an Inland Motor Tanker.

The Haldis was alongside the N.O. most of the day and early evening when the HALDIS left the side of the ship the N.O. put to sea shortly after.

Navion Oceania has departed Rotterdam after discharging her oil consignment into an Internal Motor Tanker, hopefully, we will get confirmation from Amaja.
The tanker involved was the Haldis but wasn't displaying sufficient information to determine the volumetrics, but she was about a third of the size of the NO.
Because of the consignment's final destination, I'm not sure whether Amaja will be privy to information through the normal channels. No doubt he will us his thoughts in the not too distant future.

You can juggle the ballast or the figures whatever way you like but a draught of 11.4 doesn't equate out to 450k barrels.
I suspect they have been unable to get an accurate draught because of wave heights or a heavy swell so they have left it at the last draught given.

Totally agree there is a ? over the draught displayed if it is correct, they could have used a bunkering tanker.

Looking at the details displayed by NO, I'm not so confident we have a 400 k load on board.
Either the draught (11.4) is wrong or it is a smaller parcel, was expecting the draught to be around 15m.
Just my guestimate could be as good or as bad as anyone else.
