RE: What is the major operational risk?1 Jul 2020 20:05
I may buy a few more shares tomorrow, not because of head and shoulders or cups and saucers. It will be because the PETRONORDIC is leaving Rotterdam after depositing another substantial sum of Dollars into Hurricanes bank.
Draft The vessels draught gives the displacement tonnage of the ship, but to work it out accurately you would have to know Gross Tonnage, deadweight, and how much fuel stores and ballast she was carrying.
Just to clarify, although the vessel Petronordic is still showing a draught of 8.5 m, she is recorded as having a draught of 14.5m on arrival details at Rotterdam.
Daltry Tonnage can't be worked out from draught without further information, but with a draught of 14.5m, I would say it is not far short of a full cargo.
