I find it difficult to comprehend why the OGA allowed two wells on Lancaster to be suspended for in the region of two years while the EPS was developed and are now insisting on Lincoln Crestal be plugged and abandoned after a few months for safety reasons. The weather over the last week has been gales and storm-force winds up to 50knots, with 6 to 9 m wave heights. Should start to moderate over the next few days.
