Thanks Mikey for your,as ever, constructive input. If the PSC is the overarching contract, isn't the lack of certainty here the key factor in the company's current valuation -a lack of certainty magnified by the company failing to put this to bed and even further magnified by its lack of solid information on the issue?
Is it PSC uncertainty holding/pushing share price back??
Yes, nearly 100k bought plus those bought earlier and the share price continues to fall. Getting a queasy feeling. Exit time??
It looks as though the BB has turned into the playground once more. Shame really - if you have'nt anything constructive to say please dont post simps.

I am surprised and disappointed that JF has not bought some shares even if only a token. After all he said in Paris he would buy at the first opportunity and his failure to do so does nothing for his credibility or confidence in GKP.
In Paris J F said he would buy shares at the first opportunity. Make of that what you will.
Mikey, 10/15 million shares is quite a haul - any ideas who is selling and why?
Mikey, how can Barc achieve such dominance? Is it because of lack of interest from the other big players? What will it take to break this control - simply ending when they have fulfilled their requirements or pressure from other market sources or both?
How come 1.7m. shares change hands in one deal and the next day the share price moves by less than 0.50% on opening???
GKP come out of their bunker - hurrah - and they have a bouquet of flowers for us - hurrah - but they do smell pretty aweful - boo.
No surprise in the downward trajectory. Oil price down, Norway taking huge money out of oil and gas, and our company with no inclination of promoting itself, its share price or its private shareholders interests. A pretty toxic mix that I fear will weigh heavily on the share price for some time yet. Dont hold your breath for the 28th.
3 days at Cheltenham may be no better financially but it will be a lot more fun. Question which is the riskiest - GKP or Native River?
This chatboard has sunk to the lowest level since the days of durby and co. Surely it is far more important to put all the time and energy available into trying to get our Directors to show that they have a plan to take this company forward and that at its heart are shareholder interests.Turn your guns on them not each other(metaphorically speaking!!).
Lost nearly 1/3 of value in a matter of weeks. Some Bunker this Board is in but why???
In Paris the new man - J F - came across as the competent manager type not a leader with vision and lateral thinking. That impression has proved to be the case and therein lies one of the main reasons for the companies collapse.External events and people/institutions have ruled GKP not the other way round.
So would we have a better future if J F went? Actually I doubt it, now the company is effectively owned by a few big institutions there is no role for a "real" leader so a tidy manager is probably a better proposition.Just dont expect much mojo or above the parapet movement from J F. after all the bunker is his safest option.
Wow. Quite a tutorial. Thanks. Now with such a substantial spread I need to settle down and digest it!
Thanks. I am still struggling with this. If Peel are trying to meet a large seller's demand wont they lower the price to encourage buyers to take up the shares??
Very interesting analysis. What I do not understand in your last post is the part that says selling raised the SP. I would have thought the opposite would be the case -am I missing something?
Has anyone of the regular posters time to hold off from the usual puerile mud slinging to explain why Taconic are selling at this time and to give a view as to whether we have reached the top of the share price for the time being?
On the subject of questions, my last one asking who is negotiating the PSC with GKP and how certain is their legitimacy went unanswered - could anyone help please?
Can anyone/is anyone prepared to answer my question? I do think the PSC is the next big thing for the valuation of this share.
Is it clear and beyond dispute who has the legal right to negotiate and sign off the PSC and if so which entity is it??
