The gold mine is just going to be one asset on the books of what becomes an asset management company btc treasury you call it. Thats the area of confusion - there isn't enough of the new Hama on show to be able to say yes that gold mine is just an asset of a very exciting company. We have glimpses that make us very excited but obviously we'll be hungry for developments and evidence there is at least some signs of progress attracting large investors and key appointments

Does anyone think £0.008 was a bit cheap for the fundraise? is the decimal place in the wrong place? i know you are going to give the investor an incentive but come on?

If they can issue more shares at a higher value than existing shares then they can buy more btc per share with these new shares which will increase the btc per share across all shares issued - think that's how it can work. as in MSTR

But in reality one of the core objectives could still be a lot more core than the other who knows

If this is going to be a BTC/gold investment vehicle then the only thing I am wondering is how balanced that would be if there were a huge influx of investments given there is only one gold prospect and also the success of that side of things is now dependent on 3rd party. Also wondering if there might be more exicitng news on the gold side as well as the BTC side - further applications/licences. But i bought today

I bought this share based on RNS and positive drilling results

But honestly, these boards (not just this one) are full of professed experts who seem to have the amazing ability to forecast future results, analyse the profile of investors in a share and who is buying and selling on a particular day, predict price rises before they happen amongst other wild speculation. I'm trying to base my investing on facts instead of hype and that is why I bought this one instead of WSBN. There is a eurporic and desparate mood about the WSBN board driven by life changing potentials if the share emulates GGP - also heard that discussion here. It's a different bit of ground - and also i'm suspicious of this dome analogy that seems to be the perfect carrot to dangle in front of hungry investors who like a good narrative. Maybe I'm wrong but I thought id watch WSBN and invest if there are positive results instead of put my life savings on WSBN hitting the motherlode

If anyone does have the time to explain or link to a previous post I am interested in how people assess the total mineral resource at this mine and how this compares to other mines. However, this too would be speculation i suppose as the mineral resource evaluation hasnt been done yet so how would armchair experts know?

The creditors of PRE are unsurprisingly shaping its development. They have to prove their metal (pun!) with the mine before the processing plant will be funded? I mean, if I was lending them the millions required I think I would do it that way round - build your mine first then I'll give you the money for the processing plant.

The aspect of this that worries me the most is the profile of the senior managment. I have shares in another early stage miner as well and everything seems to be very detailed and professional? Is there a detailed plan moving forward with the mine? Are they building a mine or talking about bulding a mine? What will the up front 15 million or new loan be used for exactly? Where are the charts and when will the equipment be moving in? Do we sit around for a few years while the Angolans talk about building a railway one day? Is this a mining company at all or just a publicly owned opportunity.

I don't have a massive holding but will sit it out and try and learn more in the short term

So basically we have to wait until the deadline to be certain. The mechanics of being turned down are secondary to the fact that a NO can be given right up to the deadline. If this weren't the case then the share price would rocket tomorrow I would say.

It seems the p/e ratio is less than 5 for this company especially considering q4 earnings are likely to surpass previous. It's too cheap? Yes some political social instability has caused a bit of a wobble
