I hold quite a few number of shares here. I've invested based on these risks i've posted and it's on me. I despise this board, I was simply answering his question.
I don't believe any one of you have any influence over this share price, so makes no difference.

Tbh, I don't believe MOST of those points (that i posted) are even that relevant, most can be easily de-risked.
As a shareholder, the biggest risk I see is the concept, the structure. I'd go into more detail but i'd rather keep my research and knowledge to myself.

- Increasing water cut
- Downgrade of reserves/resources (due to model review and shallower oil-water contact)

- Aquifer/perched water that will disturb Lancaster production
- COVID19/Oil price - still depressed and market is uncertain
- Uncertainty regarding Lancaster FFD, HUR need a partner.
- $230m Covertible Bond maturity in July 2022
- Large CAPEX requirement for 2021
- No forward activity work programme provided. Unclear the direction HUR are willing to take. (Future costs unknown)

I believe there was circa. 30% that voted against. Since majority still voted for it, the company still has the option to allot shares. Tullow did state that they also communicated with shareholders that voted against, but will want the flexibility of being able to allot shares should they have to.

So yes, very unlikely to see a rights issue.

Since March 10, stockpiles in US crude has increased circa. 74m.
US total stockpiles of crude as at 24th July is 526m (excluding strategic reserves).

Good to see consecutive draws in crude, but still a long way to go before there is a shortage in supply of crude.

I don't see Tullow issuing rights at the current share price. It will be very dilutive. I'd imagine a lot of shareholders will also be against it.

But idk what the forward strategy is for the business. September H1 results will give more insight into this.

I don't know about you CaptainSwag but ima be pumping out CO2 of my 2L engine in my car without any consideration for the environment, my carbon footprint or climate change.

Electric cars are still a long way away IMO.

I'm not expecting future (2021) production guidance until after the technical review (or end of year).

But I think the board can comfortably provide a production guidance for 2020. Note in their last RNS "until production uncertainties have reduced".
Their last RNS also states:
"as oil and water production from the 205/21a-7z well has stabilised."
"With the 205/21a-7z well currently flowing using the ESP there has been no evidence of the performance issues which led to this well being temporarily shut-in at the end of May 2020. "

Above reasons are why they suspended the production guidance in the first place. If they can confidently say that these performance issues and water/oil production is stabilised, then they can confidently provide a production guidance.

Yes, the impairment would leave TLW with a negative balance sheet.
IMO, the impairment was expected (or at least for 2020).

I was thinking a max of $1.2b impairment for this year.
It's likely that some of the $1.4b H1 impairments are recovered before the year end as the forward curve oil price is increased in line with oil price predictions.

See whether you can use your braincells and figure out why 18k guidance is impossible, or at least for 2020.

2021 isn't including any new wells that may be tied in. But there's too many factors that need to be considered here, so have not included it.

So yeah, pretty serious.

A production guidance of 15-15.5k is very possible for this year. Even with a few hiccups for the rest of the year and including planned maintenance.

I'm unsure as to why Hurricane have yet to provide this guidance.
Any less and it'll be disappointing and add to uncertainties around production.
Any more and i'll question how they hope to achieve it.
I think we can at least expect this production guidance before the review in September.

I wouldn't be surprised if production guidance is 12-13k for 2021.

In my opinion, guidances of 15k for 2020 and 13k for 2021 should put Hurricane above water to decide and make decisions on the FB concept and future development of their licenses.

Wouldn't know but guessing the Goliathberg prospect is at least 500 mmboe in Cretaceous turbidite. It's a dual target prospect, so i'm going to guess the Goliathberg-Voltsberg North well is targetting around 200-300 mmboe.

All just at a guess.
