A £500k total divi payout at current share price would yield 5%
Historically GIS have not had distributable reserves following reverse acquisition into PLC on listing, despite trading sub being profitable - half year report showed distributable reserves for PLCnow being positive and with six month GIS trade thereon expect sufficient to report a final dividend - especially with 3.75m of cash and cash equivalents reported in recent trading update
Shame, but allowed me to top up, hopefully we can get back towards 2.5 to 3p for a start.
Is the notice because they have been without an auditor for a year? Hence compulsory strike off
Would an ISDX listing be an option here for the new board to consider?
Been following this company some time and following the drop bought £8k this week.... Do we know of any companies like trak we can compare valuations and business performance with? I know Quartix QTX.L anymore? Thabka
Have a look at the half year report for a start. There is going to be no dividend - acquisition and goodwill write down costs will ensure positive ebitda is wiped out in full in my opinion. Redundancies and it capital expenditure in my mind won't leave any free operating positive cash. My strategy is now to sell and buy back in a few months. Time will tell if I got it wrong
Staff redundancies, capital IT expenditure, can't see a sniff of a dividend here. 0.5m group ebitda I now expect for FY - gutted been a loyal holder thus far. Long term view taken though so not all bad
Another fantastic update imho - certainly wasn't expecting the dividend!
Courtesy of oli on twitter @stocknrole TFSL will be working, not yet tho. Btw we signed up a white label yesterday with a broker. Update after easter holiday.
Gold up again - costs we know are to decline this year vs 2015 - just require a bit of patience and we should return to profit at these levels and be able to service debt GLA
Spot price rising, costs falling should allow debt Repayments to commence, most capex projects now done...they refinanced 5m till June this year, so clearly expecting to be able to repay by then....annualised 10m perhaps?
Their ceo is expecting strong ipo pipeline in 2016 - perhaps tea can do a deal here? Anyone on Twitter able to ask OLi? Saying that DL is heavily linked with ISDX and we did LGC , so maybe in pipeline already.
Just been looking at Q4 report, looks like Gadir contributed 10k ounces for 4 months, assuming no material changes to tonnage and grade on an annualised basis looks like 30k! Looks promising for a further rise in ounces produced? Any thoughts guys?
Need increased staff to tie up app with multiple broker platforms - here's hoping 😄
See us Pinn holders got shafted, would have loved them using the tea app- that's why their will always be a market for this product.
Wonder if the board will use the tea app to do the placement and give us shareholders the chance to participate on same terms as II's??? 4.2p FfS
Check out their results today. 26mcap (before today's movements) I.e almost 5 times ours. Key thing is similar size and producing ounces, revenue, cash cost and debt, but key difference is they are about 6to 12 months further on in their turnaround plan - highlighting how undervalued I believe we are/should be in 12 months time if we also be able to pull off our plan.
Sounds promising when he says cash cost will significantly reduce in 2016 and looking to refinance debt at lower rates.
Looking good, refinanced 5.5m of debt till June so looks like my previous calc of 10m payable annually looks reasonable - happy
