Do we know whether the release of this statement means that DSM's selling has concluded.

I am assuming that the answer to that is YES simply for the reason that they would have released the information as soon as they breached to 10% level otherwise.

I am also guessing that they have sold approx 23 Million Shares and that that "order" must have taken some time to fill based on recent volumes. They will have made a decent profit on these sales.

Is it my imagination, or did they commit to make an announcement when they commissioned the production of the next run of fruit flow. it is possible but the commitment only extended to the next production run in the event that it required external funding.

It seems that By-Health are reinvigorating their marketing strategy ahead of the formal approval of Fruitflow.

Unfortunately, I found this advert to be slightly confusing - containing too many different messages. The overall message is more than extremely positive BUT the text contains too many distractions for my liking.

However you take it - it still shows that we are in a pivotal position and that everything is looking good from here.

Apologies, two of yesterdays trades were identified as BUYS - but these were trades at the level of 1.24p

To a certain extent it backs up my theory but I am still confused as to why people would buy at 1.24p when I was getting quotes at 1.075.

Yesterday, there were 7 Trades and they were all identified as SELLS. I believe that the majority of these were actually BUYS and that there were only 2 trades (573 shares in total) that were actual sales.

It is my opinion that the algorithm employed by this website to identify and separate Buys from Sells is very simplistic and leads to misidentification especially when there is a wide spread between the headline Bid and Offer Price. Yesterday, the headline Bid and offer Price remained constant throughout the entire day; Bid Price 1.00p Offer Price 1.25p.

I believe that the algorithm simply calculates the MID market Price (£1.125) and any trade below that level is determined to be a SELL whilst any trade above that level is determined to be a BUY.

I applied for a few dummy trades throughout the day yesterday and the BID Price was constant at 1.0125p whilst the OFFER Price was constant at 1.075p.

Both the actual Bid Price and the actual Offer Price were both below the MID PRICE and all trades were identified as SELLS.

I am also guessing that the cost of the raw material at the PXS end will fall dramatically as the production volumes increase to meet the higher demand.

As far as I can tell, most of the raw product that we have used thus far was based on production runs commissioned by DSM, and latterly transferred to PXS (presumably at a premium to the production cost). From memory, this financial year is the first year in which PXS have commissioned their own production runs and maybe we will start to glean more information on Production costs in the Y/E figures.

Can anyone explain why so many trades are executed at the Exact Bid or Offer Prices that are quoted on the headline feeds.

When I have executed any trades of late (or indeed, when I have asked for prices on Dummy Trades, I have hardly ever been quoted a price that matches the Published Bid or Offer Price. Sells are always quoted at a higher price than the published bid and Buys are always quoted at a price that is lower than the Headline Offer Price. That is the case on both of my trading platforms.

I simply don;t understand why so many trades seem to be executed at the exact Bid or Offer Price.

My apologies.... Almost as soon as I had written my reply I remembered that it wasn't you that posted the original links. I can't remember who did post them but it could have been Wellsite or Dr Horrible.

However, the reason that I remembered them so well was that there were two separate abstracts linked in the original message. One had a number of claims surrounding the improvement of Arterial Aging and the second contained this abstract about Ischemic strokes. I had sent copies of both links to a friend who works in the field to ask for her comments on the implications of these abstracts on Provexis. She is now a PXS shareholder too!!!

I still had both links open on my iPad browser so I had the opportunity to compare the PubMed publication with the Food and Function Publication . I will post my friends thoughts when she gets back to me.

You are right, you have posted that abstract before. However, the first time that you posted it, the abstract had been published by food and function journal. This time, the abstract has been published again by PubMed which is an official website of the US government.

These trades of 66,666 and 86,666 are really curious. They have all been executed at the minimum published Bid Price of 1.35 when, today, you havve been able to sell shares up to 500,000 at a quoted price of either 1.40 or 1.395.

Why would anyone want to execute multiple trades at fairly low volumes when they could execute a higher volume trade at a higher price. It has been confusing me. It has to be some sort of MM trade doesn;t it - especially as you rightly say- it hasn;t seemed to have had an impact on the Bid Price

I wonder if there is anything that we can read into the timing of the release of these 4 separate Abstracts and Extracts in the context of the awaited SAMR approval.

I did note that the "Science Direct" Abstract stated that "WSTC is an APPROVED antiplatelet dietary supplement with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects" but I wasn't sure whether this was a direct reference to the SAMR application.

Whatever the status of the SAMR approval is, these articles have to have a significant impact on the value of the Provexis IP.

Many thanks for confirming that. When I wrote my earlier post, I knew I had a distant memory of 1.49p as being the next big resistance point and I thought that I must be going mad when I couldn;t confirm that anywhere.

I did follow Gixer's link to the BARCHART website which did provide a couple of other weaker resistance points before we get to the 1.49 resistance point. These data seemed to have been calculated using candlestick metrics.

However, when I delved deeper into the website, I did find some Buy/Sell recommendations based on Moving Average data. On all 12 metrics covering short, medium and long term indicators, PXS registers a STRONG BUY signal, with almost all of those signals registering the highest confidence levels possible.

You have been the font of all knowledge on the development of PXS over years and years. Throughout that period you have remained neutral in your thoughts but have simply kept an eye on what is going on with the share.

All of us LTHs owe you a massive debt of gratitude for that work. It would have been difficult for any of us to have maintained and even built on our positions in the Company without your influence. Nevertheless we are all still here and rely on your "snippets" to keep us going from time to time.

It has been a very interesting couple of months since the suspension and the readmittance of shares on AIM.

Buyers have been attracted to the Company because they presumably feel that a lot of risk has been taken out of the development of the Company. I am fairly certain that we would all agree with that sentiment. Over the last few weeks, the SP has been bouncing against a technical Resistance Point of 1p but over the past few days that Resistance Point seems to have been broken and the upward momentum has been continued.

It has been the long awaited time that us LTH's have coveted and some of us may already be in profit on the share, or at least very close to profit. What, I find very interesting is that some of us are already starting to talk about exit strategies. In itself, that is an indicator of our own confidence. We have been buoyed by the evidence of increasing sales........ but what dwarfs all of that is that we are becoming more and more confident that the new of Chinese approval for the product is imminent.

I think that the SP will continue to increase to the next Resistance Point which I believe is 1.5p (can any chartists in here confirm that?). That is without NEWS. Even without that news I think that we are all beginning to think about our derisking strategy.

BUT if/when the NEWS comes I remain absolutely certain that the SP will trend upwards to, what I believe is, a price commensurate with the long term value of the IP itself - and that is far higher than we are now.

If/when the NEWS breaks, we all know that there will be a few days of massive volatility and the SP could go anywhere. I wish all LTHs the best of luck when it comes to making your decisions as and when this happens.

I really appreciate those comments and I agree with most of them. The Caveats that I have (for better or worse) are as follows:

On the negative side, when the notification of Blue Hat approval is confirmed (and I am now convinced that will happen very soon now)

1 The assumption relating to the profit margin on ales to BH is the one that I struggle with the most. I m sure that the agreement with BH will take account of the sums of research money that they have invested and will, therefore, not be as high as our GPM with other clients. On the positive side, I do expect SAMR approval will bring orders from Nestle etc with regard to the development of worldwide products outside of China.

2 Funding of Product runs to cope with increased demands - I have never been very worried about that. I firmly believe that we have now come through the "what if" scenario and that the future is massively positive. As you say, the funding of a production run even at the £5M level will not be that dilutative but I am sure that there will be other ways to proceed too - ie factoring or short term loans or even part payment in advance of orders.

3. I have previously said that I think the IP is worth more than the current Share Price. We are currently being held back by: Technical resistance at the 1p level; The possibility of a cash call for future production runs and whimpy MMs who seem scared to let the SP run by manipulating the spread. The potential of turning profitable will allay all of those fears and I think your 2p initial take out price will be a thing of the past (although I do agree and I think I might sell a few at that level).

4. SPs re determined by the prospect of future growth. All the signals thus far is that growth will be explosive up to £100M (1B Yuan/RMB) by 2028. I am fairly certain that this growth parameter will also serve us very well.

Have you come up with any estimates of the impact that any Gross BH Revenue will have on the results of Provexis.

In other words, if we assume that first year income for BH will be 100Million RMB - what will that mean for additional income for PXS and, I guess, what will that additional income convert to in additional profit.

You kind of indicated that it wouldn;t be a difficult estimate but when I came to try it, I became bogged down in the number of assumptions that I had to make. Any thoughts would be appreciated

We are just getting to the point were investors are starting to value the worth of the IP in its own right. There is a technical resistance at an SP of 1p. However once this technical resistance has been broken, I believe that the SP has a big climb ahead of it. I am trying not to ramp the price - I have been here for nearly 20 years - but I am now truly seeing the potential of this share.

We are at the stage where we are arguing about PXS's ability to supply enough product to satisfy demand!!!!!

Much of the information, contained in the 5 snippets that Gixer has posted, has been released before. However, the optimist in me is suggesting that the content and the timing of these 5 of these 5 extracts is trying to tell a phased story which could be seen as the beginning of an advertising campaign prior to launch of the new products.
