still here after knocking the co back in March for being the former ERU ?

When I say fourth co ,I mean that I have been invested in.

i have been in the market for just a couple of years and I think this is the fourth co to have a rto. In my short experience i have found it more beneficial to hold the shares after the rto because of possible consolidation during the event.. I am aware that Simon Hunt is also involved in other companies, but am not watching them that closely, maybe I should. I try to pick the card he has up his sleeve. Time will tell.

I bought three lots of these on Friday, and they were all shown as sells. Maybe get some more next week as the price is so close to the issue price. These reverse take overs seem to take a week or so to get going but in this case it may take a little longer as I think there are 22 million placing shares, so need these to clear first. I just hope they do as well as my last purchase in a company in a reverse take over situation. Fingers crossed

EMT is only a 22 bagger for those that got warrants or such for 5 or 6p. The lowest price for investors was 9p which makes it around a 10 bagger. The best it got for me was a 6 bagger, if I had waited till close of play I would have done a lot better, but as I said I needed the cash ready for Monday. I know you asked who, but I do not want to mention it on this board but you can see it on my postal history. This is not a reccomendation. DYOR.

Bought most of mine for 10p so that gives me 150% on those at the current bid price. Holding out for more RNS news next week I hope

Spending £30,000 is hardly pushing the boat out. The deal shares set at 6p, which funny enough is roughly the sp when they came back onto the market in December I think., I for one have not been able to buy here for less than 10p. IMO this company knows just where it is going and with whom. I expected a RNS after having two sells two days running which had the effect of keeping the sp more in line with the 6p stated today and not raising eyebrows. Hold tight!

HI rob229 Many thanks for your contribution to the point I raised. I am aware of a rule 9 which I have come across a few times when reading up on companies. Maybe another poster can add to this. Interesting little company here, I may take a punt.

Can anybody please explain how Jamal Hassim can have a 38.1% holding in this company. This is the figure quoted on the Syqic site. I thought things changed once a holder reached 30%.

I think the MM's are just flushing out the shares, remember there were only 250,000 shares in pi's hands when this re-entered trading. The spread has always been large, but I could have still taken a huge profit today. (250%) but someone obviously wants them so i'm sticking.

Oh look i'm first again, is there a prize for this at the end of the year?

Hope you don't mind me asking. You seem to know whats happening here with this company. Is there list posted somewhere of the companies DRG are invested in here and the number of shares or value in each holding. They don't seem to inform of that in the RNS I read through. Thanks in advance.

Thats funny. I hold shares in both this and the one you mentioned. But I am glad I have 40 x more £s invested in the other. But I still think something may come from slg.

It will be interesting to see what MR Diery does. He has a lot going on here.
