I read on my news feed this morning that Brittv was launched into the states this month. Streaming VOD for a monthly subscription fee. Any connection?

Any wise owl know what happens if and when a company becomes active again, if there is a formula for dealing with pre consolidation share holdings with post consolidation holdings. Are the consolidated multiplied again and then the whole number of shares reduced on mass. I have held shares in companies that have gone into and out of being a shell but not in a company that may have just been sleeping.

I know nothing. I can think things and I can watch the dots line up. Just like I may think you are an American as you keep quoting Walter Mitty. Or I may think that you bought your shares hoping to make a quick buck and you now feel conned as you do not seem to embrace what MTV were doing. I may think these things, but I do not know, and it would be wrong to say that this is the case. Companies are always evolving and the ways in which they do so also needs to, in order to keep an advantage. Just try to line up the dots. Or ignore it.

Hi Parkez, I think Southc was hopung the inner circle would respond here to all the talk about a company that is producing a new streaming service to it's TV app, a company that MTV said it had produced an app for at the same time as announcing going into administration. But the only one who turned up was Mr Lithium. Southc seems a little busy at the moment, I wonder what's going on?

So if I look at MTV as being an oak tree that has produced acorns such as the Sagecom confidential agreement, the South African Educational platform with 2.5 million dollar revenues,the MOU with MTN, the Digiturk SLA agreement, the 2015 Siyaya contract with predicted revenues of 5 million dollars over the next 3-5 years. The Tablet TV LLC partnership with non transferable licences for US and Canada. Do these acorns then fall to the fertile ground which is Escrow?
Who then needs the MTV tree? Chop it down, Job done!
Question is, do we get a share of the acorns, when they grow and pop out the ground.
