I'm not a great trader.
If, as you say, you'd read every post here for years (OMG! What an interesting life) you would have seen me repeat that over and over.
If you are trying to profit from investing in this share, the fact you regard trading so lowly amuses me.
If you are invested in this at all, you intend to sell at some point for profit (you believe).
You bought, you'll sell.
That's trading.
When I 'trade' I try and get the fastest turnaround, probably much faster than you're thinking of.
The holding I have left here was intended for a longer turn-around.
Either a bigger pay-out, or another 'spike'.
I have always said that whatever happens, I will walk away in profit (the £50k I banked) and that I have been luckier than some.
I have not 'lost'.
But I'd still rather the £50k I had left in, was not worth less than £50k.
So, instead of walking away with a £99k profit, I could walk away today with only £57.5k.
In that sense, today I've potentially 'lost' £42.5k that I didn't have three years ago.
How you arrived at your assumptions of my posts (when you read all...) I do not know.
Posting here you have to be open to criticism.
But if you're criticising my very simple figures, you're way off.
Your opinion of my methods (and results) is invalid.
Your opinion of this share's future is not?
Okay.
Well, I think you're trying to convince yourself.
Good luck with that.
:)
