I have issue with SS because he's not creating an atmosphere conducive for holding or trading.
Holding you need the SP to increase.
Trading you want it volatile around certain ranges.
For the last year and a half it's just (well, mostly) fallen steadily.
My heyday for trading UKOG was three years ago, for eighteen months - not much more than a handful since.
Fortunately I banked 50%.
Luckier than many, apparently.

I have shares to trade and more to hold.
I also have decided what prices I would be happy to achieve before I sell, so a lot of tranches to sell at a lot of prices.
My minimum profit to sell would be 10%, up to 5000%.
I have left advance instructions to buy and sell based upon that.

Some contributors here did not sell when the price shot through 11p three years ago and are now left holding at 0.2p.
Find a balance between your own satisfaction and greed.

"Nobody ever made a loss by making a profit".
That is a great maxim, which requires that you learn to be happy with what you got and ignore hindsight.
I still struggle with that, but can reflect upon habitual gamblers to steer myself.

I only made one loss, and that was in February when I was caught out by the virus and one of my investments fell until it folded and I had a total loss.

I've not looked into it.
The officials referred to the previous planning application and mentioned that venue as having begun the application and receiving permission for their own HGVs.
The Highways Dept reviewed the road at the time and were satisfied.
The officials mentioned that the road already had permission for HGV traffic.

One of the numptys said she wasn't satisfied so they explained again.
As a motion to reject was being proposed by her (eventually seconded by the guy who declared his interest to the AoB, which was also dismissed by the officials), the Chair reminded them that the Highways explanation had been received and that previous permissions would void objection on those grounds and leave the council open to an indefensible appeal and the subsequent court costs (which he gave as £250k). He stated his concern of having to explain this cost to his voters......!

There are only two records which should have interested you, those marked "Active".
One based at Dunsfold (the main hypocrite objector), and one at Congleton in Manchester.
Manchester is where the main income was from, according to the 2018 filing.
However there's been nearly two years since then, so hardly a recent assessment.

UKOG offered to suspend their operations purely to accommodate his events, while commenting (and supported by evidence from the council's officers) that the site is screened from that venue anyway.

PS.
The chair commented, when it was raised as a potential objection, that use of HGV's was not a valid reason to reject, as it had already been investigated and approved previously by that very application.
