Only the council's planners have recommended it (as they did at Loxley).
The council still has to vote on it.
That, bearing in mind the comparison between their local Nimby's and those in Guildford, is probably unlikely.
If they don't approve it, it will go the same way as Loxley; re-vote; more evidential submissions; eventual legal redress.

I've never put £60k into this stock.
My 'experiment' with trading has only ever cost me £1,000, which I replaced within days after selling for three times that amount.
My experiment just in UKOG trading was translated to (more than) £100k, but I'm unused to those kinds of amounts and quickly 'bottled it' soon after achieving that (took 18 months and I have traded UKOG since, but for much less investment).
Since then I have only used the profits of that initial experiment to make further trading investments and not only in UKOG.
Anything I've invested since 2014 was all money I didn't have before, although my initial involvement in UKOG was 2017 and that was a happy fluke (as it turned out).
I don't know what Ozzy or many other say about me, or anyone else.
There ravings took up too much of the forum and I had to filter them just to be able to follow what was really going on.
But, from what I can see (titles and other contributor's responses), I'm happy for others to evaluate credibility of one against the other.
My wealth is still growing in my account either way.

Just to point out, we're all traders.
There is no dividend so the only profit is from selling our holdings
Long term or short term, that's trading.
Took me a while to understand that too.
