It was foolish for Loxley to be rejected.
Not only did they reject it but gave foolish reasons.

Arreton will go the same as Loxley.
But it's where that was a couple of years ago.
If Loxley should fail, that may dissuade Pockets from going back to court to appeal Arreton.
Well, if he were a reasonable person and not quite as insane as he's demonstrated thus far.

I have no idea which way Arreton will go.
But.., purely for my own action plans, I believe it be a total repeat of Loxley - right down to the eventual appeal in a couple of years.
My feeling on Loxley (and again, I have no idea), is that the appeal is more likely to go through than not.
The reasons given for rejection were, imo, just Nimby delaying tactics and at best infantile.

What will happen if either are positive:-
Arreton = spike
Loxley = spike then coming to rest slightly higher than today. Maybe 0.2p
Both positive = much higher spike then falling back to around 0.25, pending more positive long term news (remembering how likely that is from this untrustworthy BoD).

Negative = 0.1p

Would be easier to list what you do like.

I have invested directly in M$ (and the like) before, but only do so now via funds (investment or ETF's) which hold them as part of their portfolios.
I only accept this (UKOG) level of risk from my 'trading portfolio', my 'normal' portfolio is invested much the same as most pensions are invested, with some exceptions.
My trading portfolio was always destined to be a risk experiment and much lower value compared to the whole.
I did believe when I began it that I could take it further if-I-was-successful-at-it.
I believe I was successful, with the returns I achieved, but it turned out that I was not comfortable wagering the sums it had grown into with the knowledge that I could just as easily lose it.
My day-trading activities are much less now than they were three years ago.
Those I do still trade tend to take too long to realise a return to make that level of risk worthwhile anyway.
