Yep. The very overt mention of funding in the RNS is deliberate. Something other than dilution. Staggering to put it in the RNS considering the impact it has had on the SP. What are they up to?

Actually they have found helium.

SP is down because we have delayed drill and need further funding. The equation isn’t in balance if you consider what this is worth if the helium is commercial.

Think on the geographical size of the prospect and what they found with just one drill this year and then consider what sound like identical finds by Noble for just 2 drills. It looks very good indeed for further exploration and even the first handful of wells might be viable.

Massively in demand product. Very clear indication of a huge asset.

Drill4. Maybe they just have enough encouraging data for Tai3 to get investment on board because it down to a few weeks of drilling to prove out a commercial discovery?

Honestly I think that some of the posters on this board need to take a break and talk to a friend or two. It’s really bad ju ju to get to a point where you care this deeply for a situation like this.

I’m not thrilled but overall see the prospect of finding the thing I invested for as still a realistic possibility and another months wait as just par for investing in high risk AIM stocks. Which I don’t do much anyway even though it is the ‘fun’ part of my portfolio. Keep it low and hope to catch a wave.

Got to say that it sounds to me like the funding might not be what everyone thinks. I would caution that we should always assume dilution in AIM but it was strange to see it mentioned in the RNS and that the nomad let it through. Might be something else.

They are moving the rig to the Itumbula well site no? and will update once they have clarified the situation with repairs for the drill no? How do they communicate progress on these things before they are known?

Honestly I read as much moaning about meaningless RNS's as I do about the real stuff. Anything other than something meaningful will get panned by every usual suspect on this board.

TwoHearts. If you think the SP is something that the BOD should manipulate then I guess you would conclude they are doing a terrible job...... come back at the end of the Rukwa project and I'll care a bit more about the SP today.

I expect we will get an operational update in the next few days. Until then there really isnt anything to see.

Frankly the company has been massively better run since Lorna became CEO. Comms has been great for the most part. Nobody can do comms for the unknown unknowns.

What hasn't gone so well is meeting the expectations of short term investors who think the world owes them a living. In reality nobody can be certain exactly what is 1500m under the ground but the company has done a great job of getting us to the brink of that and I'm confident a second drill will be completed and Tai 3 will be revisited. This may or may not require some additional funding - we do not know.

So if anyone invested in the upside risk with eyes wide open, this is closer now than it has ever been. If it doesnt work out then time to move off. I certainly shall not become a ranty baby about it.

My prediction on next RNS: Drill build complete pending new parts arriving with ETA for spud. I will also be happy with anything that gets these drills done before end Feb (because I understand the reality of risks in the process). Owning the drill solves a lot of problems for getting this done at pace once the drill is repaired. Its easier to hire a crew than it is to sign up a drill company - that agility probably suits the drill crew too.

Oh dear oh dear. Buy and sell volume is very low - because the company told us no new for 2-3 weeks just over a week ago.

The only thing MASSIVE this morning was LegaWolfs tongue in cheek smile.

There's no volume to suggest anything. Maybe the fact that the company told us that next news would be 2-3 weeks away about a week ago explains why the SP isnt particularly strong.....

Literally posted the weather forecast for a location 140km aways from the actual drill location because the name sounded similar and didnt research.

Coco is just going to find anything it can do make you fear.

I did think 6 weeks ago that 6 weeks seemed kinda optimistic. Nothing to see until there is something to see....

You would think that dissembling and the assembling the rig would be quite advantageous from the perspective of repairing the rig. And so you can expect them to progress that and when the part arrive they can integrate with that process.

As for nothing to look forward to - well that's rubbish really because we will have a drill in short time once the rig is ready. It's a shallower well this time so won't take long to get to TD. It's exciting because it targets specific geology which is shallower for this next well but is part of the system that they haven't reached yet at Tai3.

Cocobeans. I expect they will start drilling immediately the rig is built and repaired. You can add up your data about when the repairs are done and then add 0 to it. Let’s hope they don’t drive the rig to the wrong place…. You know like the place where you did your weather forecast from yesterday.

It is migrating. They found helium at several intervals. The free gas is anticipated at the deeper level.
