The IMF 2023 "forecast" is just a lazy rehash of the BoE's grossly exaggerated "predictions" for "recession" a few weeks ago. They are already rowing back on the hysteria, cutting the prediction in half, and will almost certainly have to row back further by the end of 2023.

Wouldn't sneer too much at the lower classes. The fact is, 80-90% of *all* UK citizens receive *more* from the UK state in their whole lifetime than they pay in. That is why the UK has $3 trillion of debt. Around 8 in 10 (or more) of you reading this thread will be a net tax taker, not maker...

The IMF 2023 report is just a rehash of the grossly exaggerated Bank of England GDP "forecast" from a few weeks ago. Yet another example of the bitter Remainer blob using "forecasts" to talk down the future UK economy in a desperate attempt to foster a "told you so" moment.
