Key to me here is the management team following through on what they have promised in interviews and podcasts a few months ago.

So many AIM companies have Chairman, CEOs are all mouth talking a good game but really not delivering on the strategy, completely overestimating their own ability / risk / time to close and grow key deals - and then blaming "the market" for their own shortcomings.

Strategy appears to be followed by operational delivery.

Not a direct holder here, but indirect through Opti.

As with all small companies you're essentially investing in a couple of people. Whatever anyone says they will do in a presentation its all about execution, 100%. M&A seems to be an admission of defeat by the CEO, I expect results will be correctly segregated going forward to ensure existing and new business are correctly reported.

As others have said here ignore the buffoon that is TW, tends to forgot what he ramped / deramped to line his own pocket a day ago. As for Elrico, really not the sharpest tool in the business box and shameful that he has been indulged by the CEOs of both SBTX and OPTI for such a long period of time.

You really are just making stuff up.

Eternity does not provide AI technology.

It may have an impact in terms of overall data flows increasing the total spend on telecoms / networking equipment.

Every bank and insurance company has used AI technology in cyber security, contact centres, fraud for years - they are not AI companies.

Firstly the contracts are in $ not £.

No the military customer was not £1.7m, the two combined were not even this amount.

Clear you have no tech sales / channel knowledge here, or seemingly understanding of strategic geographic expansion.

No one has stated they have cracked the states, it is the first but important tick in the box and a hard hurdle to cross.

As others have said the value is not that important. It’s a bridgehead and reference site, it is a pointer that acuity can contract and win business.

What would have been better would that this was a channel rather than direct win - once a channel can see that they can easily replicate customer wins they throw more resource and management focus at it.

It is difficult / impossible assessing tech companies on their balance sheet.

It is all about the intangible elements of customer base, recurring revenue, moats etc where modern accounting doesnt even try to assess.

By the way a lot of ENET assets are historic intangibles which they are amortising and not recapitalising. I expect an impairment in the 23 accounts, which although large is neither here nor there.

Nine months old and no update from the four potential customers.

A meeting wouldn't even register on the CRM as a weighted opportunity in any company I have worked in.

It doesn't help that their Chinese customer appears to have pulled the plug so no reference sites.

A player had a transfer value of £18m last year.

He's had a car crash, broke both legs / ankles and hips and now he only worth £1.5m.

Its hard no to comment on such stupidity.

When they bought at 18p they had two large chinese contracts which they thought would give a 5-10m pa revenue stream. they had about a quarter of the shares in issue, they were ready to take orders for UEP2025, they had a relatively stable and funded business.........

ENET seems to be aligned with Bitcoin here, buys / sells are simply based on sentiment with no facts. The complete lack of understanding of ENET tech and management is incredible.

As a long termer here I can see potential catalysts here, but DLs history in converting pipeline has been very poor / non existent.

I dont expect any "new" contracts just repeat contracts with only Tarana being on a higher monthly value. As I keep saying, but not understood by 99% here as they simply dont understand the contractual arrangement, is the two extension / catch up deals in TSP cannot in any way be extrapolated on a quarterly or even annual basis.

Just reading about prolexic (akamai bought for $370m ten years ago) as I couldn't quite work how it fitted in when they already had a ddos product line.

It is non competitive and adds to their product line as prolexic is cloud and not hybrid/on prem - not sure with the general move to cloud what the proportion between the two is. Really opens up another channel at very little sales cost to corero.

Interesting to see what the medium term is here for ardgowan, possibly something for aquis / AIM in the future but when they have a few years trading behind them ?
