I think The same amount of chat with the more qanon type chat on advfn and the others elsewhere, it would help if we could have better IR and more RNSs to get chatting about.
Like yourself and others sitting on my hands and a loss with a slightly lower average than yourself. If we do get a nice rise I don't think many like us will be selling at a loss in the late teens, early twenties so hopefully a decent block outside bergen.

On research it is difficult with ENET as it is 95% market based (on markets in their infancy) rather than ENET vs competitors as you'd get with the Gartner quandrants / Forrester etc, would like to be an insider having a dive into and to quiz them on their CRM.

Strat, they need to show they have "control" with major improvements in working capital, they then don't need cash.
Have held out in the hope that the new FD and Chair get basu back in the lab and not running the company. The last accounts still had so many issues and worries about integrity though.

As always with kmk it's the gems in the published accounts year after year. Until we have a "clean" set of accounts, decent working capital management and basic integrity institutions are going to be wary.

Deeply amateurish by the company and their auditors, appears a real lack of control. Unsure what the CFO is doing, should resign in embarrassment.

I was in a slightly similar position with SIS whose CEO missed targets, changed share options and used the company as a personal cash point - but at least the CEO was doing something's right. I do need to understand the floating off stuff to benefit his kids, it does remind me of the way oligarchs in Russia sell the valuable assets to themselves.
I don't feel SOH understands modern marketing techniques (from packaging through to promotion), channel / partner management and operational delivery (doing rather than strategizing quarter after quarter after quarter like an apprentice contestant).

Expect number one in SOHs list of priorities is the repricing of share options. How can us shareholders expect him to get out of bed even for a base salary which is higher than the company’s revenue ?

For a company in OPTIs position of miniscule revenue to be out of stock is incredible.
To be out of stock where they have known volume from subscriptions this need a heads to be banged together or out the door. If I had a subscription for a product helping me with a condition I would drop it immediately, I am used to Amazon style service and this is just amateurish.
Zero use trying to get new customers of your retention rate is appalling, this should be simple, simple stuff.
Deeply unimpressed with SOH and the management team this year, chairman should be reading the riot act and throwing plates but the whole company just seems to be complacent.

You can see by the volume and value of trades for a billion dollar entity shares are tightly held and not traded. I own a few direct, and then indirect as another Baillie Gifford trust Monks has a holding.
It's one I have bought, tucked away and forgotten about for at least five years to retirement.

Pedro, it's not really meant to be a fund open to the general public, the ipo was purely institutional.
Most holdings are dollar demoninated, a bit similar to other investment trusts (rtw, biopharma credit etc).

Just reminded me of rees-mogg, a posh bloke who loves himself but really deeply, deeply unimpressive. Very selective in what he talks about, KMK didn't get a mention as a top tip.
Amazingly some of the deep research and metrics he mentioned (around minute 12) flew completely against anything he must have researched in KMK.

It’s not how SOHs salary is split, it’s how it might be massively duplicated for doing the same hours / workload.

Does anyone know whether SOH salary was reduced with the salary for working half his time on prob.
At the moment it just appears we have very expensive overhead who really don’t seem to be able to actually deliver. Great at the mba style strategising but when it comes to actually delivering there’s absolutely b&&&&r all.
