Sapan Gai, CCO at Sovereign Metals, discusses their superior graphite test results. Watch the video here.
GH probably would be allowed to sell, I’d say scally for now is public. BUT if he sold 1 share they would need to announce it asap given he’s a director. He’d be crazy to sell anyway it would wreck his very good reputation and he knly needs to wait until he is no longer a director and then he can di what he likes without anyone knowing.
Yes, agreed, but the share price has fallen in line with that and the outlook is positive. It has been resiliant during the toughest period so going into 2021 well placed
4.5% yield over next 4 months. 1p 12 Feb and 1p 9 Apr. How awful...lol
Profit, dividend, competitors falling by the wayside... looks fine to me and well placed for the future.
Is it back in auction?
How many stop losses got triggered with that one...
Bigsmoke. The divi is certainly good news, would have been easy to cut and underpins things from a confidence and financial standpoint.
Looks like someone has a short open....
Of course customer numbers have fallen, check out the others in this space, they are being picky, and only lending to ‘safe’ customers. Whilst keeping their powder dry in what has been a tricky trading period.
Hmmm, think that you might be right..... pretty odd, but not complaining.
Where did santa go, or did the grinch turn up?
Numis issued a buy note on Friday, very bullish and positive note.
Target price 247p
Fully agree, this has now risen to where it was when the bond issue first came up, (yes I know it fell further when the stupid going concern statement came out). However this is completely derisked now with visibility out to 2024...
A number of rerates on the card as the penny drops. last broker target I saw was £2.47 (Numis 20 Oct pre Bond being sorted...)
I dont buy virtual replacing live events. At best it simply allows them to keep some of the 2020 live event revenue by flogging a virtual alternative. The ROI for virtual for exhbitors is low and not a replacement for live exhibitions.
That was my understanding of it too. Either way sorting the bond sorts the debt, takes a lot of the risk off the table.
SVE announcement here. They remain committed to gold/ strategy.

I don't think those will hit the market and need to find a buyer. They will either stick with the employees that have exercised them or if the employees have sold them that probably already happened when the exercise was announced. Share options tend to get sold into the market on day of exercise and then settled T+3days.
Cheers
I’m going to ring them up tomorrow and ask for some commission!
thelearner, yes I agree it may not tick the malt connoisseur box. Those brewdog boys had the right idea, and differentiated in crowded market! An industry, much like mining exploration, which lends itself well to the (in a boog way) optimistic dreamers.
