My problem with the RTO is that it was first raised in oct22 and since then has been promised numerous times with all deadlines missed. They have now announced its still in the FCA and have not committed to any timescale… they apologised on the Roast program but seriously, the RTO does not take 2 years, I’ve done prospectuses and circulars with the FCA and this doesnt smell right.

Also the leinster deal disclosure today is worrying, if I was following it correctly, tax issue and legal juridiction but parties still happy with terms, hmmm sounds like that might go wrong

Still very frustrated with the management here who have fingers in two very seperate pies, recyclus on one hand and TM1 on the other. They talk about it as if it is one company but I don’t own direct shares in Recyclus whilst they do, and its noteable because the cashflow is going to Recyclus and the debt is sitting with TM1. They have a big conflict of interest sitting on both boards, what is best for Recyclus might not be best for TM1

God forbid anyone says anything remotely negative, or expects a chairman to be invested or wants the board to actually deliver on what it promises.

Well the seller isn't Brundle, because he owns no shares in TM1, he only in Recyclus. Wonder where his loyalty lies... he isn't silly enough to put any cash in here...

I hope the RTO does happen, but I have my doubts, I know how long prospectuses take and what the FCA turnaround times are. If they were serious they could have done this 15 months ago like they originally stated, but they haven't, they have constantly delayed and then gone quiet. They have never at any stage explained why.

Meanwhile a lot of PIs are down 75% - but lets all go dance in the streets.... and shout hold for gold...

None of that remotely matters if you have a board not delivering on the promises they make (RTO) and a holding company (with zero revenue stream) which doesn't have control of its affiliate company - and a Chairman who is conflicted.

All quite smug for people who are still down -75% on their holdings... including me. You don’t own any shares directly in Recyclus. You own shares in TM1 which doesnt even have a controlling interest in Recyclus.

Explain to me how cash received in Recyclus helps cash flow short term in TM1….

How is this a great start. Recyclus is making the money, not TM1.

TM1 isnt getting a penny unless Brundle pays a dividend which wont happen for ages, and that's assuming Recyclus has distributable reserves.

Sales of black mass by Recyclus makes no difference to the cash flow of TM1...

TM1 won't sell any black mass, Recyclus sells the black mass, not TM1, any revenue will be received at Recyclus. TM1 only sees cash if Recyclus has distributable reserves and pays a dividend.

Brundle is completely conflicted, being a director and major shareholder in Recyclus. He has stated multiple times (over 2 years) that a RTO is due and has spectacularly missed his own deadlines every time.... the latest being end of Q2 24 with no update.

In summary the management here is a total disgrace, has continuously missed their self-imposed deadlines, and I agree if it goes under would certainly be the end of the management's reputations, to the extent they actually have reputations worth retaining...

Come on Mr Brundle, prove us wrong and announce the RTO you have been promising for the last two years, and claimed only a couple of months ago was with the FCA for final review, personally I don't think it will happen at this stage.

Still don't quite understand how they can come out on numerous occasions re. the RTO and then just not do it. FCA has no teeth I suppose, people can mislead the market with no consequences or accountability. No wonder the LSE is in disarray. I do think these guys are walking a very fine line between just being incompetent or being something a lot worse.

Luckily I diversify my investments and only play for small amounts in "jam tomorrow" companies.... I was looking for something in the recycling space and thought this one made sense, looks like I was wrong.
