Definitely a reasonable train of thought you-know.
I havnt offered my tuppence in terms of how long this deal will take/ what price as quite simply I don’t have a clue.
But I would imagine buyers would have been told what EUA BOD would like (rough figure) and thus try to negotiate from there. What we do know is that this FSP is not under the usual constraints of a normal 12 week FSP. Why? Probably because of the scale and complexity, hence why there UBS and two other investment banks compiling financial data and of course AP getting the data from the ground.
As you say the more ground data (thus more PGMs, and more details on structure complexity). Effectively it all builds up to LESS RISK the buyer has when parting with their money.
