You will receive 100 IIP shares for every 259 IEL shares... which equates to... - eg. you own 10360 IEL shares (for ease of mathematics!) - On 21st September you will lose these and instead you will own 4000 IIP shares. - On todays current price of approx 75p this equates to £3k - If you work this back it equates to an IEL price of 28.95p so if you average is below this figure you will be in profit... Obviously this could and will change through trading over the next 2 months but as you can see it is not much of a premium to yesterdays closing price...

Great news and just goes to show that regardless of the Due Dilligence outcome this company is looking to continue to grow and expand its operations... ...and I reckon that must have added a few pence to the NAV!!! GLA

23p is a good entry considering the lowest these shares have ever been is 18p!! Directors of the company have averages way above your entry price!!

Still holding here have been away for a couple of weeks and seen the steady drop.... Received correspondence from the Chief exec today stating "I can assure you that we are pushing the process along as fast as we can and can say at this stage there is no "bad" news to announce." Obviously they are tied into what they can say but this is good enough for me to hold knowing they are still in talks... GLA

32 - 32.5 MM's walking this up after the sells yesterday!! And as I type ask increases to 33p!!!

MM's have upped the ask with no apparent buys today... If we don't see any delayed publications today I think the MM's are happy with their stock (after sells yesterday) and can allow price to rise knowing they will profit... Interesting they didn't drop the bid below 30p yesterday despite all the sells and then raise the ask with no buys... Looks very good on these signals. GLA

Fully agree... and did sell a small amount myself. In fact I posted people may sell about half 9 this morning and immediately 6 trades of less than 10000 shares went through!! I felt like a deramper!!
