Only about £20,000 changed hands this morning and a great rise!! Imagine if a few hundred grand changes hands!!

Was not around Monday afternoon or yesterday so apologies for late response... "In the event that an offer is made for the Company, the Board will be mindful of the need to obtain value for shareholders, whilst seeking a partner whose financial strength or wind assets will allow the business to achieve critical mass and build a future growth pattern." ... many shareholders in the company will have an average of way above the levels we see today so I don't think there is any chance of a TO bid less than 30p. If there was the likelihood is it would not be accepted. And as pophalos says there may be a bidding war for the assets IEL currently hold which lead to an offer over the current NAV of 53p. Definately worth a holding here and an update has got to be on the horizon... GLA but hopefully we won't need it!!

Top Riser today and we don't get on the risers board because of LSE technical difficulties!! What will be will be I suppose.... and takeover price will already have been calculated regardless of any increased buying at these levels. GLA

25.5 - 26.75 I believe LSE are using new software starting today so that is the reason for the glitches....

Sorry to hear that... looks like you've taken it well tho!! Im in here at just over 20p average and hoping for at least 30p - 35p but could be more... It's skeggy at the moment but could be Paris or further afield if this goes up up those levels!! I take it you are holding here? Was posting on here all last week and could not believe how little interest there was!! Looks to be finally picking up tho... GL

Great start to Valentines day! The missus said yes and IEL up 15%!! 30p on the horizon.... at least!

£1.50!! Here's hoping!! 30 - 35p would be realistic with 40p optimistic... Company is very small compared to some of the companies investing in wind energy in India so I am personally hoping the board do not hold out for more and instead issue a placing/offer at a discount. I will more than likely take up any options they offer however as at these prices with the NAV of 53p the profit will come.. just have to wait a bit longer!! GL all

After 50,000 shares bought...

20.5 - 22 20,000 UT just went through at 11:00 A 4 week due dilligence period will take us to tomorrow based on the exclusivity agreement announced on Friday 14th Jan.... so hopefully this are being wrapped up as we speak. Cannot imagine the due dilligence will be much more than 4 weeks given the size of the company. Anyone else have experience on DD length? GLA

So much for the 7am RNS!! ...and volume is lower than yesterday. Doesn't take much to move this though as we saw yesterday. GLA
