Yep that's fair.. need to be reiterating the 'material cash flow' expected and further improvements on margins.. revenue needs to be neutral ISH now to growing too.

But the results are known... And profit lower than forecast.

No reason the SP should move up in anticipation.

It's other news or accompanying news which may drive this..

You could of said the same about 'about you' which zalando bought for €1.2 billion. ASOS has more revenue, EBITDA etc.

I do agree however the company outlook and concensus seems to be fairly consistent and it is improving.. the bulls, myself included have been early to the party.. if EBITDA and FCF continues to grow and revenue starts growing no reason why this can't rerate.

Not the only one.. I bought 500,000 of these at 1p 2-3 years ago and sold at 1p ISH aswell 😂.. ahh well the one that got away..

This we already knew as ASOS have forecast this. However FY26 they have forecast 'meaningful FCF' so let's see how that transpires.

If EBITDA Is £130-150 million this year then we should be seeing £170+ million for FY26 with the closure of the US DC and further improvement in margins/profitability.

I think ASOS does need to show in September's trading update and Oct/Nov results that the turnaround is working.. i.e. further progress on margins, EBITDA growth, revenue stabilising.. outlook for 2026 FCF positive, revenue neutral to positive growth and increasing margins to 50%..

If not the above then change is needed.. however what ASOS tend to of said with their outlook has happened and it is improving so let's see.

I agree with that concensus hello. For me aslong as we have maintained guidance (which we should of otherwise they'd tell us) and now guiding for that meaningful free cashflow and hopefully a stable to growing revenue I'd be happy and give it another year.. soon see 😬

Not that what brokers or anyone says for that matter makes any difference, it's down to ASOS to prove alot of naysayers wrong.

They never said they were making any FCF due to improved profitability this year or any year since the 'turnaround'. However FY26 they have stated that.. what affect that has on the stock is anyone's guess. Shore Capital seem to think it will/could make a significant difference.

For FY26 I'd be happy with that if they can get that FCF and build from there.

Mehh nevermind aslong as we stick to guidance and next year's rough guidance they have given us.

Then again, just looking it was the 5th September last year but that included the news on the refi.

Yeah will be September post year end trading update. Next 3-4 weeks my guess.
