Maybe the market is finally playing catch-up as to the decreasing debt, chance of another disposal, growth and VAT potential rebate.. either way good to see.. not wanting to jinx it but looks strong.
During the latest call Matt made the point a favourable VAT decision and another disposal wouldn't really make much of a difference from the business model point of view. Kind of speaks volumes really.. however if they did it could take many months unless it is already in the background. We now know that it was H2 last year that Claremont had the approaches made for it so it took from then until August.
Well that'll be a game changer of the tax credit application gets approved. Sounds quite positive regarding other lines of funding aswell. Fingers crossed π€

Q3 trading statement should be a good read with the growth and potentially telling the market what the 2 big tie ups are in time for black Friday etc.. Maybe news on the VAT too if HMRC don't appeal though I reckon they will just to delay things.

Even without a further disposal or VAT refund Net debt will be sub Β£200 million comes year end, being at Β£220 million now. It's clearly becoming a better investment story and 'grab' than when ingenuity was involved.
It's the outlook what's key, and the growth.. and with them accelerating to a net cash position puts THG in a seriously strong position.. roll on next 12 months πͺ
Decent Q and A that. The VAT would be a nice bonus.. as said in the Q and A it wouldn't take much for thg to go to net cash with no real impact on the business model.. can definitely see the 'potential' moving forwards :)
Yeah the margins are terrible.. they need to get a grip. There is a reason why APN make far more from far less revenue. But the results are mehhh, all expected and no surprises.. no crazy spikes in SP is a good thing.
