There is definitely alot of fear and insecurity especially as each day passes and there is not a peep. We are waiting for a minister to give a decision where previous ministers have failed over the years so people are very edgy. Throw Putin into the mix and it's a double edged sword. There comes a point on risk reward though and if a positive decision does come then this price should prove to be rather cheap!

I think it's more to do with external factors ala Russia Ukraine and the possibility of war hence battering all shares and keeping it negative. It's not just us going down. Nothing has changed within BEM. Final statement only went in barely 2 week ago.

Yes your quite correct, they aren't stupid are they. As for Sweden, no as past record is to go by then nothing is a given. Still feel some form of decision will come but it's not clear cut. Just alot of market jitters at present and who can blame them. Gla

As much as we all hope there won't be a leak, this share is worse than a sieve. I'm going off how the spotlight market trades whether a decision is imminent/been made.

I agree Eric, there is always a nagging doubt with these lot, and we know anything can happen no matter how simple it may seem. My bet so I'm not disappointed is March. But in reality it's any day now. My second bet is the 24th next Thursday lol ;)

Spot on, we should get a decision before end of next month, certainly no later than mid you'd of thought. Otherwise hello single figures again and the merry go round continues lol. Personally I'm fully expecting Thor to make the decision. He said to judge him after all the comments are in, they are now in so it has to come shortly.

On the cusp of arguably the biggest news this company has ever had to date. Nothing more to say as many have mentioned. A day in the not too distant future (any day now) this share is going to go crazy in a good way or a bad way. GL all. I'm sure we will get an inkling at the result when the spotlight jumps or dives by 50%+ :/

The propaganda and pressure is mounting. Let's hope the Swedish government aren't swayed and go by their laws and legislation. Decision anytime from next week. Shame there aren't the same noises coming from the pro mining. The anti mining brigade are loud and are achieving exactly what they want- coverage from international press and spreading misinformation to appeal to the masses.

The UN green experts or whatever are right to have their argument against the mine environmentally but this isn't the part of the permitting process we are at. It's a joke how these articles can be wrote without any knowledge of a permitting process. IF we get the concession then we don't just start building a mine FFS we have an environmental permit where there are lots more studies, stakeholder consultations, land and environment court involvement etc not to mention the feasibility studies! I wish for once in this process parties are educated to understand what is involved in opening a mine!

Can't see it dropping loads from here (5-10%?) But the upside is so much greater and the lead up to May results and potential for a divi reinstatement makes this quite compelling at these levels.
