If BEM knows it's a decision I'd be surprised if it the share doesn't get suspended prior to the press conference. (If it is a decision) so that BEM can formulate a response.

So this guy in the link (oligarch) has a 30% stake in TUI, and he has been sanctioned a week or two ago. Tui still trades. EVR shouldn't be suspended. Nothing is proven on EVR.

Yes pocko, absolutely. Damaging to the company. I'm sure BEM lawyers will be all over it as we speak. All tactics are being deployed to perceive BEM to be a sham company, it even mentions the ability to raise finance for a mine-not knowing the processes that have to take place. It's detractors trying to destroy the company imo.

It's clearly also released at an opportune time to damage the company and potentially influence any decision on kallak. That's the cynic in me. Not worried at all.
