I seem to remember from the last webinar that Harry mentioned that once the 2nd Bank notifies Kefi that they are happy with everything that they have 60 days to sign off the funding.

If we take the date the last RNS came out which was 18th Sept when Kefi said " All co-lender requests to date have been satisfied" then we are looking around that time in November for the full sign off?

Will it be plain sailing for our short seller tomorrow?

Lack of updates on any front, whether on TK or SA is not good for anyone including any potential new investors coming onboard we are at an impasse.
