Do we have an update on AFC bank. How long was it since they have cast their enquiring eyes with due diligence?

I was expecting more from the share price today. I was looking at an opening bell with around 2p considering the RNS. I am sure the company was disappointed that it did not go anywhere near as the warrants being expired since 17th May. Could that RNS have been posted to lift the sp because of that.

One thing about these RNS's is that they always have "blurred lines."

The webinar was arranged mid May hoping for funding news to be announced or signed, otherwise why else would you do so. The warrants have come and gone and it will be interesting to hear what happens with those? The second time this has happened.

Will there be good news.. hoping so as sp can go either way.

The only downside foreseen in the RNS is the situation with ARTAR. Nothing has been sorted?

The company will NOT let those warrants expire on 17th May as can be seen by that comprehensive RNS coming out.

IF, the market does not strongly react to that news, then this sp is being held back.

Not in my opinion it isn't!!!

There is nothing to show at this juncture.

No FUNDING, no DFS in SA.

You can bet as soon as funding is required in SA which will be imminent (lol) in order to pay ARTAR back or will get diluted, yet again. (All gone quiet on this.) I wonder why?

There's a longtime until June. We are seeing people selling up and no doubt putting their money to better use elsewhere.
