The other element re licence that may also apply is that its the same with KAT. So when talking to LC and the Bod there about the KAT ML application its clear that whilst there may be a new legislative regime and some high level guidelines implementing it on the ground is a different matter. For example under the new guidelines its may call for lest say for arguments sake a Community Plan .... but is there a template, what should it include, how will it be assessed are not necessarily known or understood by both the applicant and the governing body so they are having to work closely with the authorities and ask is this what you mean / want and almost develop the process together. LC was keen to stress they want to get it right so that when it goes up the chain to be approved it doesn't come back down with biots missing or questions (as that will take longer). New ceo at s is a key appointment to getting the most out the roaster. Current planned capacity could be conservative ie it maybe able to do more with no additional plant

Look I’ve been in the sauce for a while now Orpington way drinking doombar. Boff your talking out your arse. But you are free to make what you will of genuine feedback. Entirely up to you and I can understand if you want to rely on pure facts but don’t start dissing the people that make the effort to go and to share their honest thoughts. I have seen and met LC and he’s answered my questions and reinforced my thoughts. Will MCCP happen. Yes in my view and the very people on the govt side are as frustrated as LC. It’s big, complicated, risky and un precedented for a country that has been shite at this in the past. Both parties want to make this happen. Kibos value is the access to projects they can bring to GE and SEPCO. They can now set the terms of engagement (ie Moz). As for current sp? How many aim stocks are undervalued? Good to meet LC and some of the directors today at the AGM as well as fellow investor Yaki. Good opportunity to ask some general questions and clarify a few points

Met up with Yaki at the KAT AGM and got to speak to LC. Reinforced my thoughts on kibo and some great context and perspective JD -I did ask about PPA and He was understandably non commital but confident (as you would expect) of a successful outcome for the reasons we have debated at length on here. Now im going to the pub to enjoy the delights of London’s overpriced warm flat beer. Bloody hot here as well compared to the north I’ve resorted to rolling my trousers up and a hanky on the head. I will add some more thoughts on the next day or so.
