I understand what your saying ... that statement is the bane of many an AIM company and as you point out a marker for the more serious / less risk adverse (and likely more successful) investor.

I agree about market not liking uncertainty but the financial situation is very transparent with more than one option to cover what is a modest amount without any further cash raise. I suspect that they only mentioned it in the accounts for completeness and don't imagine its there preferred option. I guess what I am saying is there is uncertain uncertainty and certain uncertainty (tstr being the latter) if you follow. We can only hope for a speedy resolution

I think the point is that there is a highlighted shortfall. Anyone can see and read that in the accounts but there are options to cover it alongside the traditional placing method (option 3). I think most that have shares already are comfortable with this, anyone looking to buy may also be happy that there are options to cover it or they may prefer to wait to see this resolved first. The key question is when does the deficit have to be paid off.

Yes YAKI had a read of those myself and some of the comments from the posters this morning. Might have another look this weekend with a view to taking a small holding. Its certainly clear to me that building a company via AIM is no easy task and done by people with great ideas and drive but sometimes without great experience or luck. My only nervousness is that there is a lot of unrest amongst the natives with the current BoD but think the worst may be over and the price is very tempting. Its easy from the sidelines and we all think we know what the answers are but I suspect in reality most of us would make a real hash of it. Would make a great PlayStation Game building a company on AIM

invested is a loose word ..... any anticipation / upside and you'll be selling again no doubt as you clearly don't feel this is going to come to fruition. Unfortunately the govt is hell bent on getting it right ...... I don't think their actions in trying to reform the legislative / governance of their energy infrastructure is indicative of purposeful delay.

First sentence would imply that its not the TG that's holding this up but changes to the PPA requested that means KIBO and its partners have re-work to complete. We can speculate what might be with the recent speco contract but has to be about 'extent'. The significance of the project means that sign off will be convoluted and involved / detailed as there are may vested interests at play If we were simply looking at an SML to mine coal or a PPA for a <300MW plant then I doubt it would be so much of a hurdle (although I'm not sure it would have the focus). The strategic importance of the project dictates an additional layer of scrutiny and governance at the same time as all the legislation / and governance processes have changed ... which is unfortunate.

Agreed sleepy Dave. Indications are encouraging and suggest a larger prize which I can wait for. Some simply can’t or have a different risk appetite which is understandable. People will vent the odd frustration but the best place for questions / concerns is to get yourself to an AGM if you can. Vote online if you can’t ... I know it highly unlikely to make a difference but you will feel better for it.
