Well put Jenkoo. GR was good at the helm of a ship in a storm, albeit one of his own doing. But after steadying the ship, he’s back to pilfering the coffers for his own guise whilst leaving the crew with mere morsels…. Can’t really blame him though, he’s always been this way from what I can see. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me a hundredth time, shame on me!

I believe PREM will come good, just wish it had a more well rounded captain.

I agree. Prem seem very de risked compared to a few weeks ago. I am sad I don’t have any dry powder to pick up shares while GR’s financing suppresses the SP

My stance is George has not sold his shares. They will be sold upon release of the next RNS under ordinary market conditions. This makes the most sense to me. Others may know how the system works better than me though through direct experience.

I take Acker to be a realist who provides a sobering tone at the peaks and the troughs… I appreciate his posts.

Not sure I agree with people’s interpretation of the following. This to me states that the £2m of shares will be sold on announcement of the full deal terms with CanMax, i.e, when they release the RNS with the full terms.

“The Company has also now elected to draw down on the entire £2 million Amended Facility entered into with George Roach (as previously announced on 9 August 2023) immediately on announcement of the full terms of the amended Offtake and Prepayment Agreement with Canmax.“
