Teleramp group in absolute meltdown…

I am not particularly enjoying where we are. Back to being a long term bag holder for me until this starts to turnaround. Doubting a bit if it will. On the horizon we have the rainy season, more share and capital raises, potential for missed delivery. Spodumene crashing, oil rising and Ford and GM winding back their enthusiasm for EV… on the positive side, we have… well I don’t even know? Some spodumene in the ground, a willing partner in CanMax (who may get the mine on the cheapy?), and a mine that will work one day, but when all the headwinds are in play meaning overall % gain will be tempered.

In principle yes, but then there’s also a point that George and George, GR (prem ceo) & GM (stark ceo) are friends. Who knows what behind closed doors deals they have agreed. Perhaps PREM are cash strapped because they need it all to give to CanMax for missed deadlines? Nothing says Stark can’t sell immediately…

One can choose to look on these things with rose tinted glasses, or a doom gloom. Past behaviour and activity unfortunately leads me down one route rather than the other.

I don’t who else lurks there but I don’t know if I can hold on 😂😂😂 for anyone not. Here are some highlights:

“Maybe he was bigging it up knowing the higher the share price the more money they get in shares......dick” - in reference to Stark’s PR. I don’t think this particular lemming understands the relationship between share pricing and share numbers.

“Agreed I don’t think it’s that bad for the company if we have to pay $1.5m” - a lemming who thinks that up is down!

“We were paying them, didn't matter if it was cash it shares” - a witless sheep who thinks dilution is good!

“Still not the best writinen RNS” - I can physically feel myself losing IQ points!

STARK’s pay cheque just fell by ~15%. Didn’t cost PREM anything and diluted shareholders… The mental gymnastics you are all doing is insane! Up is down and down is up in PREM land it seems. I am saddened to even be associated with certain people in this “investment”. Oh wait, it’s a lifestyle company to date with a crook at the top and leeches all around. Blow me down this is a messy business.

I definitely don’t care that my investment has dropped 60% from January, my money’s been tied up for 9 months whilst being strung along on lie after lie, spod has fallen by 50%, the plants projected outputs have fallen, and the cost of production has increased because of rising oil and diesel costs … are you actually an imbecile?!

Care to add anything to the RNS MarcusPD? I’ve been wondering what the PD might mean in your name, I think I’ve now inferred it…

A lack lustre RNS, yet the teleramp group suggested it would be amazing! Have you spotted a pattern yet? More dilution, more exit liquidity provided for the anointed few. They will buy back in and continue their rinse and repeat. Meanwhile the herd holds for gold, myself among them, awaiting Q1. Jam tomorrow.

Except it’s not lies, it’s the truth with a bit of tongue in cheek weaved through. What is a deramper? The opposite of a ramper perhaps? A ramper is someone who hypes a stock with the purpose of raising the price so they can get better bang for their buck! A completely selfish goal. A deramper implies they dampen the ramp, and temper expectations.

It’s also a lie that “no one could possibly know what the grades are…”. GR knows, George Maddison knows and by defecto, so do the anointed HNW PREM inside circle, and like a band in unison they chime saying don’t expect SC6 straight away, but bless GR for his holy prowess steered us through troubled waters like a benevolent leader.

Still sacrificing my IQ points by hanging out in the teleramp group, the “official” line from those who are in the know *wink wink* *nudge nudge*, and are leading their flock like the true good and noble shepherds they are are saying that it’s not producing SC6, and you are *ridiculous* for thinking it should, don’t you know how hard mining is!! GR is a god for getting us this far. This far being, 9 months delayed and SPOD prices having fallen 50% and production reduced 75%…. But don’t worry, an RNS is imminent that will deliver us all to Valhalla, fill your boots, buy the stock! Become our exit liquidity!!! Also RUS imminent! CanMax on site with Uk Ambassador! I’m expecting a less than stellar RNS, we have a mill to swap out, there’s no thickener until Q1 2024. Suppose I will patiently wait for jam tomorrow…
