In your calculations you assume that everyone has a standard match day ticket. There were 742 premium, corporate, sponsorship or complimentary match day tickets. Whilst a very small amount of these were single match packages the remaining were paid upfront at the start of the season and the revenue as such will already be accounted for. That is of course if there ever was any revenue:- if my memory serves me right, there are a number of contra deals in place.
@SoF: under no circumstance did I imply you were a 'Rangers Hater' as you so eloquently put it. You don't need to give me a history lesson as I researched the stock before I invested and although sold the vast majority of my shares, still hold a modest and now worthless amount. I actually agree with some of your posts, I don't think the current board are the answer and myself and others that were invested at the same time did not want the board change to happen, once it was looking odds on we took our money and ran. My point earlier was that without a valid exchange a stock is only worth what someone will pay for it at that particular moment in time. One off market trade does not value the rest of the shares likewise. Unfortunately IMHO even at 2p a share that's overweight by about 3000%. Liquidation looms unless investment which was promised and has not been forthcoming so far happens soon. Anyway best of luck with the rest of your portfolio Regards
SoF did not reply to my question regarding 'grey market' trading. I too assume that there was no foundation to make such claims
Earlier you mentioned shares were trading at 3.0 and with a forecast of 2.0 for Tuesday. On what platform are these being traded over the weekend? Also is it you that is predicting the decline in price or a broker? If so do you have any reference for such? Many thanks in advance for your reply
I've taken a small punt on this ... Purely a gamble. I'm at work just now so don't have access to l2 ... Is there a lot of buyer sentiment?
Showing as sells
I went to purchase shares there and received this warning from my broker 'The company has announced its intention to delist subject to certain conditions being met' Is that just what it says on the tin? I've never seen that message before
Yes I know. But judging by the volume this stock is attracting many of them
0.19 72% up for day
This could really go either way. It's a 100% total punt
Whats your exit price?
This will make it till close without being suspended?
If this goes to 0.6 tomorrow I would be amazed
I'm considering a wee punt on this. Inwoukd imagine this would bounce back at some point tomorrow ... Just wondering if anyone agrees and if so what they would expect it to bounce to?
Thanks for the response. I've read quite a bit on the company but I always like to hear people's opinions just incase it opens my eyes to something I've missed. A few of my friends had spoken to me about this stock and said similar things to you. I'll have a wee speculative poke on Monday (hopefully there won't be a hike 1st thing)
Worth a punt at this price? Can we expect drilling news soon? Also what would we expect this to go to should we drill?
Firstly, thank you for you reply. I must admit I have only recently investing in the oil and gas sector and therefore there maybe certain ambiguities to which I am unbeknown. From what I am hearing there is no uncertainty over Afren. It is as the confederates would say ' the bull by the horns'. It is up to us to predict which way it runs. I am going to invest this morning in this stock. I should expect in the mid terms this should achieve 40-45p
I am considering a small investment in this stock. Currently doing my background work but from what I can see this stock seems very undervalued at 26.5p even with the current PoO, upcoming budget etc etc etc. I wondered what others thoughts were?
