Moulding stated himself that Apollo valued ingenuity on its own at more than 65p. How then is it even legal for him to take ingenuity for peanuts. It has had so much more of our money since then and they even pass on all the debt to remain co as well. Pure fraud.

Moulding is still in charge so yet again he will do as he likes. Who is to say it will be run to achieve share holder value this time. He has robbed us all blind and seems to be getting away with it. I don’t know how he can sleep at night.

Totally agree. It is not Matts company anymore but the chairman and the board have let him do what he wants. He has had total control and no one has stood up to him. They have not looked out for us the shareholders even though it is their job, obligation to do so.

I agree £3 gone. I only got to the £3 by averaging down as much as I could. Matt seems to of totally forgotten about the original investors and the only ones who will now profit are those who have bought in looking for a quick buck.

I get what you are saying but he can only blame himself. Why did he turn down all previous offers saying they seriously undervalued the company and then we are here at 45p a share. His judgement has been awful and should resign.

Doesn’t quite add up to me. If they have a huge new contract with HB why the job cuts. Also agree with Hardwell about it being distasteful. No one has any control over him, he simply does what he chooses with a company that does not belong to him anymore. It belongs to the shareholders.

Feel really sorry for the staff at ThG. The CEO would rather spend money on stupid statues of King Kong. Surely moulding has to be held to account legally for the way this company has been run.
