I can't see why this is particularly bad news. It seems like a move in the right direction. This was never going to happen overnight. I'm hovering over the buy button at this level.

Why do you invest in a company that only makes money from fining its customers. Since this practice was introduced the share value has dropped from 4 pounds +. A collapse of over 90%. Historically this share is in nosedive mode. IMO it will be <5p in years to come that's if it survives at all.
