The significant find was Shrew's sense of humour. Rumoured to be non existent but they found it.

Why would anyone stop a fully funded drill program to say they found something 'significant'. Does it mean they need longer drills or do they need different drill bits? Maybe they struck oil!! Why not carry on drilling? Who knows about drilling and can shed some light on what that might mean. Is it possible that they found the tomb of the Gods and drilled straight through Aphrodite's sarcophagus? Maybe they found the tomb of the Gods. Maybe a suspension, that would be exciting.
